Hello guys and girls.
I'm starting a journal on my first grow. I think with the collective experience of you lot, and my time and enthusiasm, we can maybe get somewhere.
My setup is as follows;
Black Orchid 80x80x160cm tent
Vents TT-100 fan (187 m3/hour)
Buddy Carbon Filter (200 m3/hour)
Black Orchid Euro Reflector
Black Orchid Nova Multi Spectrum 400w HPS & Ballast
Currently I have 1 x Dutch Passion Auto Ultimate and 1 x Short Stuff Tha Shiznit, placed direct into pre watered BioBizz Light Mix soil with 30% volume of perlite added, in 15ltr airpots, covered with cling film to keep humidity up. I was gonna go for 10ltr airpots/felt pots, but 15 ltr was the only size my local hydro shops had. As I'm not planning to use nutrients until flowering, excess soil volume shouldn't be too much of an issue.
So, there we have it. Pretty boring at the minute, simply waiting for anything to pop above soil. Seeds were placed roughly 5ml below the surface, with a little dusting of soil on top at 11.30pm on the 28th February. Resisting the urge to water again! Hopefully see some greenery soon.
Feel free to chip in, never have enough advice/recommendations/sarcasm.
Cheers!
