Okay, first, I am by no means an expert.
I know the basics from a FK ton of research.
Most of my research has, in fact, been autos. That's what I am growing.
Watering was the most difficult thing to grasp, for me. ALOT of conflicting ideas.
Firstly, I do believe in final pot from the get go.
I am using 3 gallon pots. I water them like they are in solo cups, increasing amount as they grow.
Personally, I think a tsp. is not near enough. Overwatering is common but, don't err on the side of underwatering. The beginning stage is the time to build your roots. I use 175ml of bubbles tap water. I prefer to use a plastic squeeze bottle. I pour slowly and gently at the base only. I want to send that tap root to the bottom in search for water. About 3 days. Reapeat.
If you are watering a tsp at a time I suspect your roots are hungry. Feed them. just give enough time to dry out before watering again.
