Black Maryland Cop Killed By Fellow Officer Who Thought He Was Shootout Suspect

Jacai Colson, a Prince George’s County (Mary.) cop, was killed over the weekend by friendly fire during a shootout outside PGC police headquarters. Today in a press conference, police chief Hank Stawinski said that Colson was shot not accidentally, but instead “deliberately,” by a fellow officer who mistook him for one of the three suspects who participated in the offensive.

NJ Police Sergeant Admits to Gunning Down His Ex-Wife While Their 7-Year-Old Child Watched
Phillip Seidle, a Neptune Township, NJ Police Department sergeant, pled guilty to aggravated manslaughter and endangering the welfare of a child on March 10, for chasing down and shooting dead his ex-wife, Tamara Wilson-Seidle, while their 7-year-old child watched.

Seidle was initially charged with first degree murder, as well as other lesser charges, but the plea deal was worked out to avoid any of the Seidle’s nine children from having to testify. “To avoid further trauma to our family we have thoughtfully accepted this guilty plea,” said their eldest, Kirsten Seidle, 25.

LA Sheriff’s Deputies Shoot & Kill Unarmed Man, Call It “Suicide By Cop”

Christian Rene Medina, 23, was shot to deathby Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies early in the morning on March 16. He was killed about a block from his home in Florence-Firestone.

The deputies were responding to a call reporting an armed robbery in the area. The caller described the robber as wearing a black hoody and black shorts, like Medina; however, Medina was unarmed. The deputies claim that, when they pulled up, he moved his body and hands like he was assuming a shooting stance, so they decided to open fire.

Off-Duty Texas Cop Who Fatally Shot 16-Year-Old Arrested for Murder
The officer's attorney has said his client feared for his life

An off-duty suburban Dallas police officer who fatally shot a 16-year-old and wounded another juvenile has been arrested charges of murder and aggravated assault.

Authorities say that off-duty Farmers Branch officer Ken Johnson was taken into custody Wednesday night by Addison, Texas, police officers and is being booked into Dallas County Jail.

Officials say after Johnson saw a vehicle being burglarized in his apartment complex parking lot, he gave chase when the suspects fled. After the suspects’ vehicle spun out about a half-mile away in Addison, an altercation led to the shooting.

Johnson’s attorney has said he feared for his life.

Addison police Chief Paul Spencer said in a statement Wednesday that there was “probable cause” to arrest Johnson but that the investigation will likely take several more weeks.

NYPD Cop Committed Perjury to Convict Five Innocent People, Sabotage Search For Real Killers
An NYPD Lieutenant was accused of committing perjury that led to the wrongful conviction of a Bronx man and four others for the 1995 killing of taxi driver Baithe Diop.

Eric Glisson spent 18 years behind bars at Sing Sing Maximum Security Prison, entering at the age of 20 years old. He was released with Cathy Watkins, Michael Cosme, Devon Ayers, and Carlos Perez in January 2013 when two gang members were revealed to be the true killers.

Glisson claims that Lieutenant William Sean O’Toole lied in court about apprehending Glisson and his associates as well as actively suppressing evidence that would have led to the real killers. O’Toole said he grabbed Glisson as he tried to escape into his apartment. Yet, Glisson says O’Toole tricked him into opening the apartment’s door by using a local child. The formerly incarcerated also say O’Toole destroyed the notebook of the detective who was re-investigating the murder. When the department discovered the notebook had disappeared, this set in motion a chain of events that eventually led to the freeing of those wrongfully imprisoned.

Glisson, Watkins, Cosme, Ayers and Perez are pursuing ongoing litigation against the city for malicious prosecution. Glisson’s lawyer, Peter Cross, told the New York Post, “No one would believe that this notebook slipped away accidentally.

Well where do I sign up? Only thing the police would do to me is throw me in prison. Nobody is going to fuck around with me I got dogs and guns and plenty places to hide a body.:bigjoint:
