How to sell seeds legally?

This is probably the wrong place to do this but in the next three months I'd like to launch a seed line. I'm in a legal state. So now what?

I was thinking basically, I'll have to package them, then send them over sea's and have an offshore seedbank sell them back here.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not 100% sure but I think they actually have the breeding outsourced to growers in places like Spain. So you wouldn't have to make or package any beans, just provide the genetics for your intended crosses and have them do it for you. I seem to recall reading Rare Dankness does this because in CO you can't sell beans out of state or something?

So you'd either have to provide cuts or have faith that they can make proper selections to replicate your creations.



Plus you gotta create some serious hype and buzz first so people actually want to grow your strains.

Aren't there seed vendors there? I would think you just approach them to sell.

But for seedbanks I think you would just contact them. Shipping is prolly hush hush. It is still federally illegal, but it goes on.

When you ship seeds. No finger prints on anything. And do the drop at a remote box. Never go into the post office or even get out your car. You can't determine who dropped what into the box.

If you were to sell off instagram. a lot of breeders do this also. Then no need to worry about customs.

Sure would be nice just to be able to put a display rack in a dispensary. And split it three ways. 33% goes to the state 33% goes to shop 34% to me.. With dispensary paying the taxes that I provide using their current license

I'm buying a 3.5' x 3.5' and 4'x8' tent just for seed production.

Haha. Great minds think alike. 40"x40"x80" for a production run.
