By the same logic, you should not operate any gas powered engine, of any size....It's always been illegal for a long time now they just got away with it, it's available in alot of places in flint, I don't see how they can legally ban edibles though, is it another local bullshit Detroit law? I can see why wax is illegal though, people don't know what they are doing and think they know how to make it or like by me people blow up there house or themselves.. .
That would be illegal as hell state law trumps city, I would love to see itha, warren has a city BAN on growing within city limits.

There is no requirement that you have to fo that so I would take it as higg as the supreme court they can't do an inspection on your own home you wouldn't ever have to let them know and they would have no right to check itIn
Read the new city ordinance for the city of warren. NOW every f n grower must have a city inspector at your warren grow site for inspections. That is if you abide by the laws set fourth by our joke of city officials. Boy, I'm glad my grow is in detroit.
That doesn't mean the law passes constitutional muster. The city just passed the fucking ordinance guy. Don't you read up on the news and laws?
Lmao city ordinance, state law trumps city, but I don't care what law they passed it would still be illegal to require inspections on a medical marajuna grow for personal use, that's creating a way for them to get more money but won't fly long trust me someone will sue the cityThe city just passed the fucking ordinance guy. Don't you read up on the news and laws?

Sounds like they hate marajuna they are just like that in saginaw here they shut down the only dispensary we had and will not allow anything like that to open when it could generate tons of cash
I'm sure it is, probably has to go to higher courts but I'm not from that area to know for sure.Is that case ongoing?
