march 1 a new bill went into effect banning edibles and concentrates. im pretty sure everything will still be available to the masses. to be safe, just go thru your caregiver.

How many years has the edible/concentrate bill been held hostage in Lansing by the Provisioning Center bill crowd now 
It is our legislatures job to correct the maleficence of our high court "opinions" of law and that bill (correction of law) landed within a reasonable amount of time as logic would dictate. So WTF has been going on in Lansing these past years? Fuck the epileptic children, let them smoke their meds as this is "business" or fuck these politicians, lawyers/lobbyists and judges as well as their abilitiy to sell these "services"
Do we actually have a Democracy (Of, for and by the People) when politicians, lawyers and judges run the show based upon sales of "services" 99% cannot afford? I sure hope the city of Detroit has caught up on all those warehoused rape kits before investing millions in lawyers to enact this scam ...

It's already been passed and now being enforced. Keep the wax/edibles on the dl. It's all about the politicians and their pockets. It will never be about the patients and patients rights for fair and safe treatment OTHER than big pharmaceutical companies and their deep greedy ass pockets.

It's always been illegal for a long time now they just got away with it, it's available in alot of places in flint, I don't see how they can legally ban edibles though, is it another local bullshit Detroit law? I can see why wax is illegal though, people don't know what they are doing and think they know how to make it or like by me people blow up there house or themselves.. I thought the MMMP was going forward in the past 2 years but I see we just got pushed back even more now.
Someone is actually trying to get the courts to get rid of medical marijuana its heading to the supreme court which could make all the states issued cards invalid and illegal in every state because of it not being legal at federal level.

There is no requirement that you have to fo that so I would take it as higg as the supreme court they can't do an inspection on your own home you wouldn't ever have to let them know and they would have no right to check it

Lmao city ordinance, state law trumps city, but I don't care what law they passed it would still be illegal to require inspections on a medical marajuna grow for personal use, that's creating a way for them to get more money but won't fly long trust me someone will sue the city

Sounds like they hate marajuna they are just like that in saginaw here they shut down the only dispensary we had and will not allow anything like that to open when it could generate tons of cash

I'm sure it is, probably has to go to higher courts but I'm not from that area to know for sure.
