We don't know, exactly. We DO know that in regard to nonviolent crimes, such as DWI/alcohol offenses, blacks and whites both commit crimes nearly identical to their representative population. However, in violent/aggressive crimes, blacks commit them at a rate many times higher than their representative population, while whites tend to commit them at a rate markedly lower than their representative population.

It seems apparent that aggression/violence are found far more tolerable within the black population than in the any other population. In order to solve the problem, it must become intolerable... and any effective solution, no doubt, must come from within the black community itself. The prisons are full and it's not stopping anything.

i was very correct in stating that white on white violence is just as prevalent and far more deadly than black on black violence.
