I'm going the other way; I'm looking into the iPonic 624. For two rooms on a flip, it's ideal. Remote monitoring and control, data logging, full cycle programs, dual co2 controls and sensors, alarms, high temp shutdown, etc etc. Hydro shop manager is trying to see how close he can come to a grand for me.

I been looking at what i think is called firestorm or just storm controller ,cant find my links now lol.but just kinda wait till someone makes a cheap version that will do sunrise sunset plus high temp shutoff without me having to do the programming. I.just want plug n play but like you im also cheap so under a hundy would be nice.
That's what everyone needs, wideband analysis of their little microclimate!!!!!!!!! How many HP you gettin outa those nutes....

oh fuck dude cant stop laughing long enough to type....

edit: 'ncase anyone was wondering https://store.schnitzracing.com/schnitz-digital-firestorm-ignition-progressive-nitrous-controller/

but this is probably more along the lines of what @sixstring2112 was referring to http://coralux.net/?wpsc-product=storm-x-led-controller

Somebody just dropped these on my doorstep -

but they'll have to be put aside for a couple of days
Dude @SSGrower , I'm having a hard time with this peltier. . :/ what power supply would I need for 2 100w peltiers? I wanna run a little stronger than the 60's you got for that extra coldness. I'm going to sandwich like a mirror image, middle: water block, peltier cold side on block, then heatsink of artic alpine 11 plus on hot side of peltier, and bolt the 2 cpu coolers together with a nut and bolt using the mounts on them and just push evrything together that way. If that makes sense
Basically this:

..Also what driver/power supply do I need to run 2 90mm fans on the arctic alpine 11 plus' and the 12v brushless cpu water pump I'll be getting?

I'm Confused.

I know what the requirements are of the ones I bought, and can offer suggestion to you about your needs but I need one thing from you first.....
Post evidence you have addressed or attempted to address the exposed conductors on your cob chip holders. Pull the wires, shorten the exposed copper and re-insert so there is no exposed copper.
Yes I am a dick.

Alright @SSGrower ,I just painstakingly took off each lens & shortened em all up for ya k? I even replaced an entire connection wire cause it was too short to plug back into the chip lok. Now spill the Info I asked for!20160413_104923.jpg 20160413_104907.jpg

You did it for yourself not for me.

Based on memory my chillers are 12v 5 amp so that's what I need in a power supply depending on how you size the fans (12v 0.25 amp seems common) and design of series or parallel most DC motors will pull what they need, making it a matter of doing the arithmetic. So that a 12v 10 amp would be enough for what I need. That's why I'm on hold with it, I don't have (or know that I have) the right power supply.

These things didn't come with any instruction or spec sheet so until I get that I can't say what exactly they will need. Hope this answers your question about power supply.
