What if sky is rock hard? Just worked out awkward muscles to gain that physique?
That's exactly me right now. Too many winter beers! I feel best at 5'10" 173You lost a commendable amount of weight but have you gotten in shape? Pudgy is pudgy.
I'm 5'10 180lbs and thats a bit much for me
The one next to my heart is from a surgery, the one on the bottom of my belly is from me being stupid with a knife.what are those scars from?
Yeah I guess just the fact they have a BMI scale kinda lends itself to those who are questioning how fat they are. Active folks know what areas they need to work on it's more of a generic way for a doc to say you're fat, and that's not a personal observation.. It's not me it's the BMI scale!@Indagrow for instance, the bmi scale is inaccurate for me being pregnant, so theres other factors wheres its inaccurate as well.
Hella-fat.That doesn't sound bad. I'm 5'6" and 155lbs.
at least he knows hes tipping the scales no pun intended so he can actively work to do something about it before it gets to the point of being too late.Yeah I guess just the fact they have a BMI scale kinda lends itself to those who are questioning how fat they are. They should have that easy out for social situations.. According to the BI you are .3 into the bitch scale, .4 more point and you become a huge bitch.. Any more snarky remarks your going to break through into the CI

too often people always say ill work out tomorrow, or next week, or next month, and than before they know it theyve gained so much they now have health problems like diabetes, and need surgery
