See the problem with that is I've been eating one meal a day for about a year since I started and it seems to be the only thing that really helps me lose weight and keep my weight steady, I've tried the whole eat 5 meals a day.
I've tried to eat more than once a day but I always end up getting hungry after eating a small meal then I end up eating and drinking junk, with eating a small snack in the beginning of the day, and eating a meal at night I've went from 230 to 193, but now I've gotten so accustomed to eating once a day that if I try to eat anything more than a sandwich at the beginning of the day I will feel absolutely bloated, and have the itis
so don't buy junk food
One meal a day is not healthy
The reason you don't loose weight the other way you said it already because you eat and drink junk
You're not being accountable for the food you're putting into your body
Portion your meals of course you will feel bloated at first you have to do it properly
Small meals not big
Eventually you get back on track
You need the help of a dietitian in my honest opinion someone who can show you the science and reasoning behind why what you're doing is not healthy
And someone who can tailor a diet to you and your needs for healthy weight loss
Eat clean work out and eat proper amount of calories nutrients and sizes per day and you will see improvements
Right now I wouldn't be at all surprised if you had vitamin deficiencies, high blood pressure and malnourished
Don't buy into the myth that bigger people can't be malnourished or vitamin deficienct
