i didnt even notice he said he was eating one meal a day
wtf dude.

you need to eat food. if you dont eat food or enough calories and nutrients per day your body stores fat
starving or depriving yourself of food , nutrition and the vitamins you get from food isnt going to make you thinner.

sounds like you really need to reevaluate your diet preferences , they arent working and thats because youre doing it wrong. (not to sound harsh)

no sorry did not mean to imply that, but everyone at some point says ill do it tomorrow,
im not stranger to it either.

at least youre in a position to change before your in the deep end drowning thats all
you may not be a couch potato but you have more work ahead of you, or you may simply just need to adjust your diet and work out preferences to maximize .
Yea I'm glad I woke up before it got too late my goal weight is 165 I don't wanna look fat, but I don't wanna look exactly skinny either

See the problem with that is I've been eating one meal a day for about a year since I started and it seems to be the only thing that really helps me lose weight and keep my weight steady, I've tried the whole eat 5 meals a day.

I've tried to eat more than once a day but I always end up getting hungry after eating a small meal then I end up eating and drinking junk, with eating a small snack in the beginning of the day, and eating a meal at night I've went from 230 to 193, but now I've gotten so accustomed to eating once a day that if I try to eat anything more than a sandwich at the beginning of the day I will feel absolutely bloated, and have the itis

If someone has a suggestion that they are %100 sure works I will gladly try it out, but eating once a day seems to be the only way I can lose weight quickly before I get into school in the fall.

so don't buy junk food
One meal a day is not healthy
The reason you don't loose weight the other way you said it already because you eat and drink junk
You're not being accountable for the food you're putting into your body

Portion your meals of course you will feel bloated at first you have to do it properly

Small meals not big
Eventually you get back on track

You need the help of a dietitian in my honest opinion someone who can show you the science and reasoning behind why what you're doing is not healthy
And someone who can tailor a diet to you and your needs for healthy weight loss

Eat clean work out and eat proper amount of calories nutrients and sizes per day and you will see improvements

Right now I wouldn't be at all surprised if you had vitamin deficiencies, high blood pressure and malnourished

Don't buy into the myth that bigger people can't be malnourished or vitamin deficienct

See for example I don't see people like Zack galifinakis or however you spell his name, as being obese according to bmi though he probably is. I just see that as being a normal fat person, that's what I see myself as
That's because western world has a skewed view on what is fat and obese and normal

If you actually look at what a normal weight person is you'd comment on "how thin" they are probably

See I never do think about the vitamins my body needs and whether or not my body is happy on the inside, I always worry about the outside, it worries me because it is true, ay yi yi what a mess.

According to bmi I'm supposed to be like 135 I weighed that much when I was like 9 Damn that's pretty bad actually, but yea most of my friends weigh around 130 I don't wanna be skinny like that.
