according to your BMI index you are 30.2 that means you are considered obese by .2 its any bmi thats over 30
So is that really obese ? Cause when I think of obese I think double chin, not able to see your feet, penis, etc. Cause I don't have either of those

its obese by .2 according to your BMI which is your body mass index scale.
youre thinking of severely obese people, and associated obese with that,

you should consider yourself slightly lucky you know youre tipping into the obese category for bmi index, and can do something about it before you hit into the severe obesity

Never understood that, I just hit 200 @5'11 that would make me fat.. But I don't have any fat on me.. Wouldn't you need durometer ?

What if sky is rock hard? Just worked out awkward muscles to gain that physique?

Edit: I'm really 5'10 and 63/64ths I just round up

yes but youre built with muscle, OP is not.
so for him the BMI index would be factually based.

where as someone who is built like you and has a lot of muscle its inaccurate
i mean look at the photo its obvious he does not have much muscle mass and his mass is fat.
so for him the bmi index would be an accurate or factual information he should take.

@Indagrow for instance, the bmi scale is inaccurate for me being pregnant, so theres other factors wheres its inaccurate as well.
Yeah I guess just the fact they have a BMI scale kinda lends itself to those who are questioning how fat they are. Active folks know what areas they need to work on it's more of a generic way for a doc to say you're fat, and that's not a personal observation.. It's not me it's the BMI scale!

They should have that easy out for social situations.. According to the BI you are .3 into the bitch scale, .4 more point and you become a huge bitch.. Any more snarky remarks your going to break through into the CI

at least he knows hes tipping the scales no pun intended so he can actively work to do something about it before it gets to the point of being too late.
too often people always say ill work out tomorrow, or next week, or next month, and than before they know it theyve gained so much they now have health problems like diabetes, and need surgery

no sorry did not mean to imply that, but everyone at some point says ill do it tomorrow,
im not stranger to it either.

at least youre in a position to change before your in the deep end drowning thats all
you may not be a couch potato but you have more work ahead of you, or you may simply just need to adjust your diet and work out preferences to maximize your results.
