Just out of curiosity, why don't you sell the Meanwell drivers? Seem to be the "industry" standard. Get a special deal with the Pairui guys?Hi GrumpyToker
Got some pics to show?
Cheers
Mark
Mechatronix are shipping tomorrow 150 pcs of the Clear Alum version of the heatsink and 1000 pcs of the black on the 12th May. We did all our thermal testing on the clear so this works as well as the blackhey mark are next batch still mid-may?
I cant get a price on the Meanwells that makes the total kit price attractive. Nothing wrong with Meanwell obviously, but they are not the only game in town. I also have stock of the LSD drivers but only 200 wattJust out of curiosity, why don't you sell the Meanwell drivers? Seem to be the "industry" standard. Get a special deal with the Pairui guys?
Ya. Positive wire goes to first cobs pos, then connect with any wire from that cobs negative to next cob pos. When you're done, last cobs negative goes to drivers neg. You just need to switch your leads places.guys, i conncted dc+ (red cable) to minus on the first cob, then plus to minus on the rest of the cobs and lastly plus to dc- (black cable) on the driver, and it doesnt fire. have i done something wrong? i havejust insulated the dimmer cables. arghhh, wanted to impress the wife! pls help!
I have clear ali ones shipping to us from factory today(150 pcs) and 1k blacks leaving factory 12th Mayhey mark are next batch still mid-may?
Hi anomolies, what was your order id?you guys already got your lights? i didnt even get tracking yet
spacing will depend on the space and adjacent lighting, but around 10" spacing is pretty good. for the H config, i think your spacing sounds pretty good, ill build an H light for the second video of the "cutter configs" series. prolly shoot that one today too. cheersNice studio set up!
Any suggestions on "golden rule" of spacing between cobs?
Also what about those of us using 5 cobs in an "H"configuration?
From my measurements over 4 tomato cages using 5 cobs in an " H" configuration seems the four corner cobs 18" apart would put each cob in the center of each tomato cage. The fifth cob would be in the center of the four cages. How does that sound or should they be closer together?
