it depends on a lot of verables. pot size, lighting, nutrients, strain, environment ect. But generally the longer you veg a plant for the better your yield will be.

The longer you veg the better, so many factors contribute to yield. Medium? Type/strength of lights? Space? Nutes? Space? Environment? With all that said... Bout a pound.

Medium ? did you mean soil ? if yes its biobizz lightmix for germination first week.after i am going to use biobizz allmix.
Type/strength of lights = 250 W mh for veg, hps for flower time
Space = 60cmx60cmx160 CM but tent's door is open.
Nutes = biobizz grow and bloom

pot size = 20 Litre ( i think 5 gallons)

Your limiting factors will be the footprint of your grow area and the light wattage. You should veg long enough to fill but not overfill your area. Plants will double in size during the 1st 3 wks of flower. A 250W lamp is an ok size for your footprint size but the lamp doesn't have a lot of penetration depth. Parts of plant more than 18" below the bulb will not mature as well. Growing a tall un-modified plant will not give you the best yield. Think about topping at least twice and adding a screen to flatten out the canopy to get the most out of your small lamp. This will add veg time my guess would be up to 6 to 8 wks instead of 4. So bottom line the more bud you have in the top foot the happier you will be with the final product.

Best of luck with your grow.

Don't count weeks. That will limit your veg time. Flip to bloom when your plants are 2/3 the size you want in your grow space. Filling the entire grow area with plant material before bloom phase leaving room for about a 30% more vertical plant height is s good rule of thumb & this likely will take longer than 4 weeks from seed. If you want yield top them a few times & bend them over a little each day to get a bushy ass plant with lots of tops. Keep in mind any training will extend veg time but will also make up for it in increased bud,
