People usually learn how to act by grade school, play stupid games, win stupid prizes, right? So extrapolate that to adulthood, you're free to believe and espouse anything you want, you're even free to say it in public, but you're not free to whine and cry when you win a stupid prize. The lesson you should take away from that experience isn't to go cry to the big bad government about it and try to take away other people's rights, the lesson is "Hey, maybe I shouldn't believe that dumb shit I was talkin' about earlier.." or if you do, keep it to yourself..

No, Bush, Reagan, Nixon all WON, Trump is just winning.

Nixon and Reagan were some of the best Presidents this country has ever had. Nixon has a bad rep for bugging the Democrats campaign office, but what many don't know is that LBJ had Nixon's office and air plane bugged in the campaign of '72 when Nixon won. I'm not saying either was perfect and never made mistakes or errors, but Jesus Christ, compared to LBJ and Carter, Nixon and Reagan were like saviors of the Republic.

Nixon was the last president we've had that had an effective energy policy. Carter dismantled all of that. Nixon was progressive in many areas, he considered the idea of a guaranteed income for all Americans, but the Democratic and Republicans in Congress wouldn't have let it through.

Nixon, Clinton, Reagan, H.W., etc. They're all part of it. Reagan's blind condemnation of and contempt for marijuana and its users has been publicly broadcasted from when he was in office. H.W. threatened openly to "make room in prison" for drug users. Nixon initiated the Controlled Substances Act and Reagan, the Bushes, and Clinton escalated it from there.

The "Drug War" started in the early 1900's. No matter how much you hate those presidents don't try to hang this on them.

Why hasn't Obama removed pot from the Schedule 1 list?

The Opium ban started in the early 1900s, but marijuana prohibition began seriously in the '50s, starting with Nixon and Anslinger calling for the CSA and up until this day. Yes, I lay this at their fucking feet, those who are responsible, and I've not been inaccurate.
