In honor of my mentor, Subcool, I'm growing the GREEN AVENGER from Brother Grimm Seeds and will document it here. All 11 popped up easy peasy about 12 hours ago. When cracking seeds, I prefer to lay the rapid rooter down into the soil (1/2 Roots 1/2 Soil-less) prior to putting the seeds into the RR. That way you don't have to worry about damaging/stressing the tap root and it can go straight down into the soil w/out worry. Just how I do it.

Nice brotha. I have been putting mine straight in this sunshine mix soil I have. No nutes until they look like they need some. Then I give them a little Wholly Mackerel. Which stinks like crazy. 100% so far with this method. Other methods have not been so great with me. Plus, like you said. No stress on the tap root. I like rooters for my clones though. Doesn't hurt to buy from a good company. Thanks TGA.

Locomotion day 59. Going to put it in the dark up until harvest which will either be very early morning or within a few days. I wanted to push this plant longer because a lot of the hairs are still white but the leaves have faded fast a lot of big ones I already pulled off. 5 gallon super soil mainly just RO water. In mid flower I did use a little Tiger bloom to boost the P and some of the Nectar for the gods additives for flavor. Not sure how much of a difference they would of made. The buds are also fox tailing and kinda growing apart from each other. Anytime I have plants do this to where they do this I like to get them out. In the proper lighting you can see tints of purple and silver. It has an extremely sour taste. Earlier today I just brushed against it before I smoked so my sense of smell was strong. All I could smell every time I turned a certain way was that sour smell. Was kinda funny I was at the meat department in a grocery store and a cop was next to me off duty. I kept thinking oh shit this meat dick is gonna smell dope on me and I'm not even high nor do I have anything on me. Not that it mattered being state legal. He didn't even really look at me. Maybe he's one of the cops that gets high. I know of at least a couple in the area.

Making hash with that? Looks like it would certainly jack you up! Awesome job Mason
She makes really good dry sift/gravity keif but the best strain I have for that is Timewreck. Not just the amount of resin but the heads are the perfect size and just fall through like sugar.

Lol, yeah, kind of weird. I'm nowhere near the terpene expert that some of my friends are, but I think the "meat & potatoes" terpene is Diallyl Disulfide, which I'm pretty sure is also suspected to be one of the main tumor size-reducing components of cannabis. If you've smelled good Bubba Kush, it's that kind of smell. But the Hammer has more fruity terps than Bubba.

"Diallyl Disulfide has a strong, alliceous, onion and garlic-like odor with metallic nuances. Highly diluted, it is used as a flavoring in food. Its flavor is green onion and garlic-like with meaty nuances. It is an organosulfur (organic compounds that contain sulfur) derived from garlic. It is also one of the main components of the distilled oil of garlic. Diallyl disulfide has many of the health benefits of garlic, but it is also an allergen causing garlic allergy."

I just collect sift. I've done it before but the whole process of ice water and the bags is just a pain in the ass to me. I've done it a few times and that was enough for me.
I agree with that for sure. Plus I don't know anyone that would take bubble hash over some dank buds, kief, or dry ice hash. Although it seems these days these young folk all turn into wax heads. IMO the water absorbs too much plant matter. I don't mind bubble hash when you get down to the bucket with the real fine screen but the yield is so small it almost makes it not worth it. I also think dry ice absorbs too much plant matter plus I can never find dry ice for cheap. I like simple gravity kief the best when it comes to extracts.

I didn't check the link yet but sounds very interesting and will give it a read. I think for sure sulfur plays a big part. I'm no terpene expert either but a lot of the nutrients out there for flavoring, the main ingredients are magnesium sulfate and sugars. The super soil recipe calls for epsom salt which is magnesium sulfate. I swear as every day goes by I am turning more and more against bottled nutrients unless going hydro. I only use them once in a while because I have so many left over. I've pissed thousands on them over the years and wich I would of saved that money to invest in todays LEDs.

Glanced at the article and it was great. I would love to test out different extracts for their medical properties. Ever hear of this? https://skunkpharmresearch.com I'm not big on smoking BHO but it works amazing in edibles. The only downside is it gives me such a high tolerance but I tend to only eat high doses.
