When ups damaged my light the asshole driver was all pissed that I complained and he had come back and get it .. Then he says
" this isn't my fault , it happens all the time "
"These things go on conveyor belts with other shit and get banged around "
He said that shit like it was no big deal and I wrong to be pissed.
If you press Ups on it and explain you thought kind was supposed deal with it and sent lights to them you should get somewhere .
Call kind and let them know it was damaged during shipping and you didn't cause that shit and you're not rolling over on it . Ask for a manager or anyone that will listen and don't stop until you get the answer and result you need . These fucking company's think your patience will run out and you'll take the first no or two and give up . They bank on that but occasionally they run into someone like me and I'll get my way one way or other man .
Don't let those assholes off the hook . That's a lot of hard earned money you spent.
You need to get a higher up with kind and intelligently explain how many light choices as a mass grower you have yet you chose Kind
Explain how you interact with a lot of growers with voices and YouTube channels that would gladly inform the public about kinds refusal to take care of a customer .
Sometimes people listen when it's put like that
And the same with UPS , approach them both until you get somewhere .
