You got a little distracted from your growing duties but you brought those ladies home. Looks terrific really it would make it to my top shelf. Thanks for loggin all this stuff I always forget to give likes then they come through in a landslide.. Sorry about that too lol here they come

@ttystikk My first full vertical grow is getting closer. The 6 OG's are almost 3 feet tall now and still will have a week or 2 more vegging. I will be putting them in 10g or 15g. pots soon and will expect to have 6' to 7' tree panels when in full flower. Wattage is still up in the air. But might do 2 different wattages.

Took a closer look at them and they aren't going to do the whole 60 days. So, the lights are out. And I lied on the 10 sheets. It's Canada Day, or it just was. That order will be going out Monday or Tuesday. Will be making reflectors for my local store for both LEDs and DE lights.
So my last look at the overall run is this.
The Bridgelux looks to have lost when it comes to the final size of the main tops. They just aren't as big. Overall weigh by eyeball is every even over all six plants. I honestly don't see a clear winner yet. I have confirmed that Flip Chip is still going to have 2 samples tested between the 4000K 80 cri and the Studio 95+ cri.

I almost forgot. I had a friend that knows this strain much better than me, tell me I lost a lot of weight due to not cleaning up the canopy. I have been told this over and over and I just don't ever clean them up like I should. The last run, the to tallest plants on the floor were around 6 ounces and all of these look much better than those plants.

I think so. I need to see how the holder and possible a lense (new item on for the CLU550) are affected by my reflector. The Luna 300 has almost a fisheye to it where one of the holders I have used already corrals the stray light at the holder. Will see if it changes thinks. Right now the 2 COBs throw down a 4'x5' footprint @ 18". This is exactly what I was looking for. The 4' way has a sharp cutoff and the 5' way is for crossover lighting.

This run is gone to dry. I should have numbers in 2 weeks and possibly lab test results by the end of the month. Every one is hanging as one tree without any PRE-cleaning. Once I hung the 2 CRI test plants, I could see what looked like a much larger plant. Again we will see the end is near. But even if the Vero's pull similar #'s, they have small tops than all the other plants.

Now for the next test. Six OG's that are in 3 gallon bags with soil. At the moment they are almost 3' tall and just got all the large and medium leaves removed. I just kicked up the Luna 5000K's up to 330 watts each with a fan blowing hard over the heat sinks. These were vegging with a total of 250 watts until 2 days ago. The are going in to 10 and/or 15 gallon cloth pots, with recycled readygro coco. The first 2 to 3 weeks of flower will be with only 3000K+ COB to create as much stretch as I can get. Everything will be tyed back to fencing as they climb. Then all lights will be re hung vertically, with heavy fan coverage over the heat sink. The wattage is still up in the air, but will possibly have at least one high watts per vertical square foot. Every thing else may be under 25 watts per vertical square foot. Looking good! For reference, I'm at 37.5W/sq ft.

What sort of heatsinks are you using to cool those Luna's? Am I correct in assuming you're running them at 300w each? Any thoughts on using a citizen CU550 or 3618 at the same power levels per chip?

Impressive plants and tests thus far.

@bicit These are also from Flip Chip. They are the 320 watt heatsinks. I had to buy a lot to get them cheap enough for me. Otherwise it is a month on a boat from Tiawan. If you can find one of their distributors, they should be about $75-80 each.
If I train and clean the plants for a very thin canopy, I can't see needing more than 25 watts a square foot.
