Miracle grow? or Magnesium? If you mean Miracle Grow then no I like the simplicity of hydro or soilless. I've grown with NFT and DWC and flood and drain but for the last 5 Years I have used Coco coir. That way I know exactly what I am putting into it.

Its not the number but the ratio. The ratio is very high P, you want high N really.

Too much P, you may not even notice, massive amounts can cause problems with zinc uptake.

Stay organic no matter what. Synthetics will kill the microlife in the soil and the microlife is what actually feeds the plant. Something with an even npk ratio would be good for now. A good way to tell is sythetics will have a high npk and organics would be lower. For example miracle grow is like 20/20/20 what ever you have with 3/3/3 sounds organic to me, check to make sure. When you flower you want something with a higher p and k higher p than k. K is good for water and nutrient exchanges between plant cells. It helps when your plant is stretching or when you transplant. Too much k will lock out magnesium so don't use too much. Do you know anyone that has cows,goats or rabbits? Composted manure is the best for organic gardens. All you really need is promix, composted cow manure and perlite.Cheers bro really grateful for all your help
Thank you that was really helpful bro, unfortunately don't really know anyone bro, and eaven if I did I need to be careful very very careful here and I can't take a risk even if it's just d smell of cow manure as unfortunately my neighbors are those nosey, peeping Tom kinda people, kinda like popo cameras lol they'll be sure to find a way to have a look at my garden "innocently" and do me in. That's why I was opting for the fish blood and bone all purpose plant food cause it's d only thing that I found which is organic. The only other thing is mg all purpose soluble plant food npk 24-8-16
and the tomato feed of npk 2.5-2.5-2.5 doesn't say organic :/
Cheers bro just tansplanted and gave them some nutes today, but I'm thinking of biting d bullet and probably gna buy some nutes online so far best price I found was foxfarm (d 3bottles) for around £50 Inc shipping.just trying to see if they're organic tho. I had a little snail problem but have sorted it out by circling around the pots with salt at night. The brown edges came out when d temperatures rose to 35 degrees Celsius as well as d yellowing leaves, so now I'm gna try to keep them in d shade a bit when d sun is at its hottest but I'm not sure if that would damage them more..They look good. Have you been feeding them? The yellowing bottom leaves could be cos they're hungry, the heat could be causing them to use more nutrients, usually a sign of N def but it doesn't look too major to me, for what that's worth cos I'm still pretty inexperienced myself! Although you look to have some brown spots on the yellow leaves so I don't know if that indicates something else going on too. Also noticed the holes in one of the leaves, is that a pest of some kind, caterpillars maybe, or are you just clumsy like me lol? I get that you're wanting to stay organic but if those ferts are the only options you have then I'd go for the tomato food cos I think the others are too out of proportion for veg, but again that's just my thoughts. Overall they look pretty good man, well done
I'm afraid I can't help you there as I've never grown outdoors, I wouldn't imagine shading them a little during the hottest part of the day would do them any harm if there's no other way to reduce temps. I've just been reading something saying they can't utilise anywhere near as much light as us indoor growers force on them, but don't quote me on that cos like I say, not an outdoor grower. I use silica on my plants with great results and apparently that also makes them better able to handle heat, I got the Vitalink one which is inexpensive but pretty sure it's not organic. I don't know if FF are organic, I'm sure their website will tell you, but I think you'll be glad you bought canna nutes, definitely the best way for beginners I think, we have enough to worry about as it is when we first start out!

I agree I keep on getting paranoid that something is wrong with them and keep checking on them, that's why I'm gna give in on buying nutes & kelp from abroad but it's always a min of 30 pounds extra cause of d weight. But at least it should put my mind at rest and be sure it's well fed.
