dozens of good guys with guns fail to stop single bad guy with gun

Because (sorry for any offense) it is a civil country and the people there understand if 99% of people don't have guns.. it's hard for 99% of people to get guns. It also helps that it is an island to limit smuggling, can't deny that. America is also riddled with capitalist gun mercs who play on the constitution to make you think you are a bad human being for not wanting to protect your fmily with a gun. Naturally it's a snowball effect because as most people ae dumb and will buy a gun leading to more chance of shootings, this only consolidates the capitalists lies of ''you must protect yourself''. They constantly spin up fear and panic and that is a damn good way of forcing panic buying in a market where the solution is the problem is the solution.

The American constitution is out dated, that is a very real fact any sane, balanced American has no doubt come to terms with. England should be the model of what you seek to achieve, although it also has it's own capitalist problems but at-least with less damaging results.

However it's more likely America is too far gone at this point. Blacks are still pitted against whites no better than ever, cops against civilians and so on. The country is a collection of gangs defined by shallow face values all thrown into a mad max dome with weapon of choice. You could say remove guns from civilians but even the cops are too violently warped to be trusted. It will liekly take decades for America to change the tune of their horrible cultures.
Guns are to protect against tyranny I'd like to see the UK overthrow their government.

Guns are illegal in Brazil but plenty gun crime. We will never follow the British.

Dead is dead. Would you idiots be happier if the police had just shot him through the wall with a large caliber rifle?

Guns were to protect against tyranny. Today that is a preposterous argument. Any rich asshole could marshall a merc army and quell "armed patriots" . If the gov got crazy being armed would be a laughable joke. The populace would fold with the quickness once the reality of institutionalized killing set in.

I don't know, and it doesn't make any difference. They neutralized the threat with minimal risk to themselves and the community.
I disagree it makes a big difference. It's being discussed all over the USA. Im not condemning the robo action but I def have issues with the slippery slope it engenders.

It doesn't matter, they executed him without trial.
Your viewpoint. I guess you saw the Finnican death by cop Malheur Wildlife shooting as an execution too.
And thats just it, they had the threat stopped, dude was cornered, no way out, and no one waited for anything better than blowing him up.

Fuckin dumb people.
You know they knew they had the threat stopped. Oh sure. Mind reading is one of your super powers I suppose? Second guessing like this is child's play.

Really?
I get the feeling that people are pissed because this wasn't a "fair fight", which is completely retarded.
Bro people are concerned fro a few reasons... if he were an unhinged white radical maybe they woulda spent a couple days coaxing him out.
People are concerned because it's the first time police used a bomb in a deliberate effort to execute a criminal before any judicial process.

Sure he was a cop killer but when you're a cop you gotta deal, lawfully, with cop killers, thats your role.

does make me a little naturally suspicious when they obliterate the perpetrator.

just wondering how far the experiments will end up going, nobody knows.
That's another issue: He wasn't vaporized. He was mortally wounded & had time to doodle on the wall with his own blood. It was very small explosive device. Just enough to get the job done.

If they had c4 why wouldnt they have had small concussive type devices?
I thought you were joking about sending in a Mike Tyson robot.

So let's see here. At the time they thought there were four people in a plot. The police could not rule out more. The guy was holed up in a car garage. He was still shooting at them and told them he wanted to kill more white people but mostly white cops.

They were not going to give that guy any chance to get away. And he had proven to be proficient with his weapons.

Ok, so I'm not second guessing but willing to put up alternatives.

Maybe sending in the dogs would have been a better choice.
