Seriously though, from my experience retirees and ladies make for excellent trimmers. Seems the ladies have more patients and an eye for detail, along with more stamina and concentration to sit around all day trimming buds. They also seem to enjoy the social aspect of sitting around with their peers talking shit. Young men are more interested in taking pics of the buds, trash talking, getting high, the free eats. and produce half the production of the ladies. Most of my top trimmers are ladies, in fact the single moms kick ass and are greatfull to be able to make money with a flexible schedule. Sorry if I offended you, but the fact is I would preferably hire ladies and retirees over young men, regardless of their boob size or their looks. It's a matter of hiring the right person for the job, there's no need for name calling over an innocent attempt of comedy. Geeesh you peeps need to lighten up, one off the cuff remark and now I'm a male chauvinistic pig. Times sure have changed, there used to be a time when the cannabis community was fun and light hearted, now it seems to be full of hate and negativity. I long for the 80's/90's when times were simpler and growers showed respect for each other, now it's a cut throat community. Almost time to go back underground, there's not much these communities have to offer except negativity and hate.
