Thanks guys. Really and truly. I'm happy to have a fresh start from here on out. I'm already doing more of the things I want to do in life. Going hiking a lot. Trying to make new friends and stuff. It's strange that as much as I wanted the relationship to end, there is still a void there. I was with the idiot since I was a senior in high school. I don't even know how to be single anymore. Everything feels new. I was joking that I feel like I'm going through puberty for a second time.

He never hurt the kids but it wasn't healthy for them to see how he treated me. There was a time he hit me hard enough to break my ribs. It's going to take a while to get past everything he put me through.
Afraid of that......
Well, good vibes and energy from here on out in your life. Change can be a good thing if you embrace it! That "void" you feel will soon be filled with positive energy in your new life.
Are you still in school? I was impressed as hell at all the knowledge you gained last year in school. Made me think that I needed to go back to school.
More power to you, and keep looking forward.

Yeah I'm still in school. I did a hiking and plant identification class for fun over the summer, and soon I'll start soil science and tree care classes. School and kids are the big rays of sunshine in my life. And the garden. There was a event downtown near my house yesterday so I set the kids up with a lemonade stand selling some veggies out of the garden too. We made $50 selling my tomatoes. I kept having to go pick more. image.jpeg

Surprised you didn't make $100 with that "salesman", what a doll. How close are you to the Tower Theater/café?

Auburn. Kind of like a suburb of sac. I like it here. I'm right between the mountains and the city. Right near the canyon down to the river. Everything at my finger tips.
Great area.
I lived in Lincoln back in 1987-89 before it "blew up"! I went to Sierra college to earn my AA & study photography. I didn't think I was in the same town when I came back in 2011 (our fall BBQ @ Camp far west). That area has grown!

It's definitely changed a lot. I've lived in this area my entire life. Sierra College is where I'm going to. They have a good ag program.
