In Veg...
Defoliation does not increase yield.
Defoliation does not decrease yield.
Defoliation simply slows growth..
It's commonly used to train your plants in different ways. I use Scrog.
In flower...
Defoliation does not increase yield.
Defoliation will most definitely decrease yield.
Removal of just bud sites and not leaves, may be a redistribution of carbohydrates for larger growth of the remaining buds.

Lmao what's a scam they use a completely different schedule for defoliation I've given away the way I do it to numerous people Idc about money I'm good that book is a reference my whole point is they are trying to make a living off that book so you think it would make sense to make up shit? How does that sell? Only reason I know the book is from RM3 doing it on his following the books instructions
What scam I'll tell u what I do and when I do whenever it's in my grow journal who gives a fuck about the book just used it as a reference since this man wants extensive testing be shown to him when he's done none of his own.

i took all the leaves off the plant. im still happy with the buds tho. i think they have a nice frost to them and considering they will be given away since i cant use them personally i think they have come along nicely.

I couldnt agree with you more, the amount of products out there marketed to cannabis growers is ridiculous. Most are just different NPK mixes slapped together in a new bottle that the buyer already has in some other bottle. Make the shit complicated and have 20 products and people think they cant feed their plants without Advanced Nutrients feeding schedule and 20 products when really all they need is NPK and some micros and viola.
Just because a $500 book is a scam doesn't mean the guy that wrote it doesn't know his shit. Its just like Advanced Nutrients system probably works great, you are just paying out the ass for someone else's knowledge which they have made seem more complicated than it actually is.
