This is definitely better than I expected to do given 154w (only 140w of which were in there for much of the time, I added on later) of LED. Especially in a cramped 2x2 tent. And ESPECIALLY given my amateur growing skills.
That's .8948g per watt on a cheap LED (not including the fact that some of those watts weren't added until later in the grow!!
*sounds of the LED haters on the forum weeping*
Given, I did have a long 2 month veg period and a full 10-week-to-the-day long flower period. Either way, this is proof that you don't need to spend hundreds on name brand LED's to get growing. I'm sure hey have an edge on the cheap ones, but if you aren't planning on growing constantly for a while, why make the upfront investment?
Very impressed with this cheap LED from Amazon. I don't regret the purchase at all - when I bought the gear I wasn't sure if I would get more than one grow out of it so I wanted it to pay for itself on the first grow. It did that and then plenty more. Around here I buy a half ounce for an average of $125 depending on quality. That means I'll save about $1,230 on smoke with this grow. I only spent $397 on all of the supplies for this grow. This grow didn't affect the electric bill too much either.
Overall, all of the bud smokes great. Very clean, well flushed. The Skunk 11 has by far the best flavor and smell. Will definitely grow again if I can figure out how to pay the attitude seedbank for seeds.... They haven't been able to take a credit card online for months now. The Phatt Fruity is nice, but the White Lavender is my second favorite. Great Sativa high - favorite of the grow in that sense.
To sum it up, go buy an LED! I know that HID's do a great job, but for me it would have been too much heat in my 2x2x4 tent.
Thanks for watching everyone. Hope to be growing again in the next few weeks, but I need to figure out to get these seeds I ordered from attitude!
