Yeah I've dealt with him a lot over the last year and he's always a solid dude. Might be a site issue.

They occasionally do have site issues. My first two orders, they had their own secure checkout for cards, and they had an issue with it for a month, so now they have a go-between app site you use. So, it may just be maintenance or something.
