They followed procedure. I doubt any of them will be prosecuted.

You still cant fight with the cops and attempt to pull a gun. Was the same last week, will be the same next week. You do not seem to even have a valid solution to why people keep fighting with the cops so I dont know what you expect by posting it here.

A black person called the cops because another black person was threatening him with a gun. When the 6 cops showed up the guy resisted arrest and had a weapon on him.

Yes, I believe that 6 cops called to a scene by a minority man actually had to shoot some dumbass felon who was armed and stupid and resisted arrest.

The actions of the felon got him killed. He had a gun and he resisted arrest...

Whoa whoa don't try to stir the pot...

tyjuan was laying on his stomach blind unable to use most of his body muscle but somehow this young 140lbs man over-powered 5 big officers from moving his hands from his back to his pocket while on his stomach?

An undercover officer dressed as a hooker claimed she was grabbed and touched by the male in the RR seat of the sedan which is how the whole thing started, but the building camera shows it didn't happen?

I don't see enough clarity for closure with this story..

That young black man had already threatened another person with the gun and was resisting arrest. Oh, did I mention he was a FELON?? He was not legally allowed to be carrying a gun in the first place.

But that whole resisting arrest thing was what got him killed.

Boy he was really stupid wasnt he? A whole life of fucked up choices leading him to become a felon and then carry a gun illegally then fight with the police. His actions got him killed.

But at least 1/2 the people here do not want to take that part into the equation. Which just seems to indicate they are not big advocates of personal responsibility.

Was he a convicted fellon? Yes! Key fucking word "convicted", doesn't take much at all to get caught up in a plot like that as a young teen in 2000+.

I didn't know he threatened somebody at gunpoint after his conviction, what for? Are you certain that gun wasn't for self-defense between some previous street dealer complication or such?

You seem to think he just deserved to die regardless of what actually happened?
