Cops dont tell you what youre being charged with before putting you in cuffs. They put you in cuffs and then figure out what is going on. Its not a black thing and its not new. These people who argue against cops parents should be put in jail for not making you all aware that when the cop says to do things you dont argue, dont pull back or you are a criminal and will be treated as such.
