I did just fine during the two years HC refused to acknowledge us as a mmj patient. They have no right or need to know how I choose to treat my illness. Think about it, they want to force us to seek permission from doctors who admit they know shit about cannabis and then register with an agency that preaches "marihuana is not a medicine". That's just fucking crazy. I won't register, my existing pinks will be all I need. The cops are going to be so confused with the thousands of new legal grows, that I don't think there will be much enforcement anyway.

and also from health Canada.....I'm getting to be of that age where I no longer care about legality ....I am harming no one....
My kids are all grown and on their own...So I have already thought of the children.....

As I said, 95% of patients are happy with the outcome, what were you expecting? Every patient can grow their own medicine, have someone grow it for them or buy from a Lousy Producer. What could HC have done or given that would have been better for you? You're stuck on "HC did the least they could", but this is the second time I have asked you to explain it.

the pizza is about legalization apparently next year..where i do notbelieve they wil let every adult grow at least 6 cannabis plants
that is my main fear..the HC thing woulda just gone on until they did what the courts asked

I dunno. The 150g thing is a bit of a bitch, but I'm sure it won't hold much weight in court given I can carry a month's worth of oxy's. I regularly move a pound or more at a time from my garden to my house and don't worry about it. HC has zero say in the willingness of doctors to sign, so I don't see what they could have done to change that, and by all accounts, plant counts will be the same. So, ya, I think it was an incorrect statement. I don't think anything would have made you happy....

Of course they didn't. Did I take credit for the decision? I simply said my predictions were correct. No rational person would take that to mean that I thought I had influenced the decision. I'd like to think that pressure from those concerned enough to do more than post in forums had some influence on the decisions though.
And I am sticking with my prediction of recreational home grows. They predicted 450,000 patients by 2024, that's a potential 450,000 legal homegrows, and now they're going to tell Jimmy he can't grow 6 to use for personal?

That middle paragraph is interesting. How the fuck is Joe blow cop going to know if you used more than 150g, or w/e your possession limit is, to make that 30g of oil/hash/rosin/shatter your driving around with?

Hypothetically speaking, I have a super high yielding strain I make bubble hash with, 50% yeilds. So I make some bubble with my 150g possession limit now I have 75g of bubble hash. What if I then threw my washed plant matter into a batch of coconut oil for a second extraction, say 1lb of finished infused coconut oil.

Now I hit the road for a month long cross Canada road trip. But shit, I get stopped heading out of town on day 1. Long story short, cop finds out your a patient, asks to see your meds, so you show him.

To him it's going to look like your carrying a fuck load more than your 150g possession limit of dried marijuana.

What's going to happen the first time a legit patient goes to court for being over his possession limit, but under his monthly limit? Where are they going to find the judge that will convict given that you are allowed at least a 30 supply of all other medications? Unless the crown can prove you're selling, I don't think you have much to worry about. Realistically, how often do you need more than 150g in your pocket? Unless you travel the country for work, very few of us take month long vacations. There will be exceptions and there should be a mechanism to get a variance, but I don't think it affects most of us on a daily basis. I know I would like the security of knowing I'm legal when transporting between my garden and home, but I take my chances and I'll argue my point in court should I get hassled.

the 150 is bad for the higher does patients. if you have 35 a day, you can't vacation for a week. you can't have anyone send you more because you're not shipping to the registered address. you can only go for 4 days..
what formula will they use to call the equivalent? 1 g of shatter is 3 g dried?? 1 g of oil is 14 g??

If your going on vacation..outside of Canada...you couldn't take any bud with you anyways? Well you could leave with it..maybe..but does the rest of the world acknowledge a Canadian medical permit?
