Buy it hang it up and crank it up if I can keep the temp at 85 or lower I would alive some of my concerns about hps
It'd be good for the winter, at the very least. 400w honestly shouldn't be too hot that it makes a hotspot. Just maybe too hot for the summer.Buy it hang it up and crank it up if I can keep the temp at 85 or lower I would alive some of my concerns about hps
I would not suggest that site.. Good quality for sure but there is better that that for the same price that is almost 50-60% better than my setup.I have no reason to be biased, I was only misinformed. I'm getting a TastyLED at the end of this month because I'm moving this light to the building I have about 12 plants running in and want one to work on at home. I only spent $150 each and live off of a military pension, so I don't care about the money I spent. I have no reason to be biased about anything.
And LEDs don't bleach like you think. I've only had problems with bleaching with too much humidity. You're really behind if you believe that. Plus, wouldn't bleaching be a sign of overpenetration, meaning LED would be MORE penetrating than HID? I'd think so.
You need a air coolable hood and a cfm fan.great in the winter if its still to hot crack a window.Buy it hang it up and crank it up if I can keep the temp at 85 or lower I would alive some of my concerns about hps

They also have a calculator that is accurate on their site to show how many you need for what ever space.
I have a whole room to cerculate into an open closet I've been assured that this is manageable 4×6 closet and I have three fans the house stays at 70You need a air coolable hood and a cfm fan.great in the winter if its still to hot crack a window.
Probably the IR diodes. It has IR, but not UV that I'm aware of. PAR is "Photosynthetically Active Radiation." The light's supposed to mimic the sun, so yeah. That's a good sign, I think; that means it's working as it's supposed to. It doesn't really run hot, though, luckily. The light that viper puts off kinda burns my skin I spent a Lil while in there and I felt like I had a sun burn.
It puts off a little more heat than I though the unit stays pretty cool but like I said it puts off intense lightProbably the IR diodes. It has IR, but not UV that I'm aware of. Maybe a few degrees warmer. That huge heat sink and those fans should keep the actual unit pretty cool, though. HID definitely do run hotter, though. It puts off a little more heat than I though the unit stays pretty cool but like I said it puts off intense light
Have you ran a HPS or are you once again just blabbing your mouth?Maybe a few degrees warmer. That huge heat sink and those fans should keep the actual unit pretty cool, though. HID definitely do run hotter, though.
