Really? My lawyer says otherwiseHealth canada has right on the paperwork you need permisson. Say for some reason the cops where to come and ask the landlord if he signed the paper work.
You wouldnt be covered under the acmpr and probably catch a small charge
Why not get the landlords permission its HIS/Her place.
Tell that to your landlord when you get an eviction notice!Tenant growing at ordinary residence doesn't need to ask. End of the day your federal and landlord is provincial and they won't step on Canada's toes.
On what grounds?Tell that to your landlord when you get an eviction notice!
To which my lawyer responded you'd have a human rights case handed on a silver platterTell that to your landlord when you get an eviction notice!
Does anyone know if home owners insurance will cover damage from fire should one grow (and have a valid license) and your house catches fire? I suppose I could call my company and ask but don't want to raise any flags. To which my lawyer responded you'd have a human rights case handed on a silver platter
I am certainly not qualified to answer this question but I assume you would probably have to sue. I'm switching to LEDS out of safety. I can touch the bulbs they're just warm. I was always paranoid with my 150 watt HPS worried if it dropped it would start a fire. There's no fucking way I'd touch the bulb when on.Does anyone know if home owners insurance will cover damage from fire should one grow (and have a valid license) and your house catches fire? But he will gladly set you up with an LP....... I have had a dr tell me the same thing. My response to that is go fuck your self mr dr. As for THC limits they can go fuck themselfs on that too, I have been using Cannabis for over 20 years no THC limits imposed, they just pull numbers out of their asses.just had my dr appointment. Hoping to get my grow application sent in this week. Was blown away to find out the Ontario college of physicians Does not condone health Canada's new plan!!!! So my Dr and probably most others in Ontario will NOT be signing any such form until they here more from the college. My dr guesses it be months not weeks until they figur this shit out.
What a fucking travesty. Why to go HC.
Yes that is what I would do, but I just wondered. I grow vegetables indoors during the winter with LEDs but never thought about insurance until I thought of cannabis. lol. Im sure insurance companies would try to deny such claims, even if your legal.Be safe, courteous of the people you rent for and the people who share the premises with you. So odor control obviouskt

The 300 watt LED I have is in a tiny cabinet and whatever growing in there is happy as fuck
No, none...not even for former MMJ grows. Unless you wanna pay $6k+/year for sketchy at best coverage from the guy in BC, homeowner must remain underground and hope for the worst not to happen. No standard insurance homeowner policies exists for MMJ grows in Canada, at least not yet.Does anyone know if home owners insurance will cover damage from fire should one grow (and have a valid license) and your house catches fire? exactly, it is the same as mmar was, no permission from owner of your primary residence needed. it is after all your primary residence. Nothing new here, same as it was. You tell people you will get yourself ripped off. your landlord included.Tenant growing at ordinary residence doesn't need to ask. End of the day your federal and landlord is provincial and they won't step on Canada's toes.
Thank you. It's really not that hard to understand eh?exactly, it is the same as mmar was, no permission from owner of your primary residence needed. it is after all your primary residence. Nothing new here, same as it was. You tell people you will get yourself ripped off. your landlord included.
its ok..eees short a few eh ...Really? My lawyer says otherwise
So even your Doctor thinks you're a liar.....and does not feel you need this type of medication?just had my dr appointment. Hoping to get my grow application sent in this week. Why are such a fucking moron? Can you read dummy ? My dr didn't want to sign the application coz the College does not condone it at this time. and will take away his license. So even your Doctor thinks you're a liar.....and does not feel you need this type of medication?
you've gone on and on and on about LP's BS from the get go and now..you're out???!!!!!
Sorry If I cant stop chuckling.
Karmas a biatch eh Johnny!?!?!?!
called on your BS the way I see it..
cheers wanna be sick ears!!
I was the landlord. Federal > provincial.Tell that to your landlord when you get an eviction notice!
ok have a legal right......but its just plain wrong and unethical....because we are sick we are owed something?and are willing to take someone to court because we feel we have a right to grow in someone elses home?im sorry, but i dont agree with this at all,its unethical and selfish of a person to do this.....its not our house, and if a landlord doesnt want that they should have a legal right to deny it....it could drastically effect the resale value of their home, thats not fair.....and again, thats why we have dg"s,so they can grow for people that cant....seems a lot of people just want to grow and not care who it effects,as sick people we have to be compassionate too...and manny people are not sick, truly sickTo be clear, I totally get what Dman and others are saying about protecting the landlord and the property. And I agree. If you are installing your own grow room and fucking with the place then yeah, need to talk to the landlord. BUT!!! We have the right. MMAR and now ACMPR (All Canadians Must Possess Reefer). I get the landlords must protect their property argument, but it's over-ruled by the 'I got's mine' argument. Is anyone arguing that a space bucket needs to be declared to a landlord after your doctor and the government are ok with you?
