Listen man. I'm not in here trying to impress anyone. But You wanna call me a liar? Fuck that.if you wanna believe that so be it. Sadly , its not true but you chose to walk away and not argue the fact you are sick? You argue with me about it.. That idea is the real joke here Johnny.
Not your doctor not signing.
SO you say you are sick and need help staying out of trouble with the PoPos with a script...
others dont have that wish or want.... they just "do" because they have no choice.
and RIGHTFULLY SO NOW HERE IN CANNADA!
get with the program
Tell them to ask for a referral to another doctor. Who wants a doctor who lies to them?Ive spoke with two other people....both friends with cutrent MMPR scripts that got the same response from their Dr when the went to get the application signed (on Friday ). Anybody else went to see their Dr? whst did they say.
I don't even wanna talk to you. The issue I have with you is you calling me a lair and why are you such a troll.its easy to see that you'll argue with me about having a right but you won't stand up to the person who deprives you of that right...
so..who is misguided?
I think I'll wait to see what other patients hear from their Dr.. Before I run off to find a new one....have you spoke to your Dr about this issue ?Tell them to ask for a referral to another doctor. Who wants a doctor who lies to them?
If that's true then why isn't every Dr prescribing cannabis ?Your doctor works for you by working with you. The patient-doctor relationship is reciprocal. The Hippocratic oath taken by physicians is to work with the patient and to keep them from harm's way, not to dictate how you receive treatment and go against your will and desire for whatever treatment you personally choose and see fit.
This needs to be challenged. Making doctors the sole gatekeepers to mmj and then allowing their governing bodies to dictate whether a doctor can prescribe is a barrier to access. A physician's roll is to assist in treating my medical conditions with the least harm. Having to spend months or years and hundreds or thousands of dollars to find one that is willing to honor their oath is not acceptable. You don't see this kind of condescending treatment for any other patient using any other drug. This was argued and won in the 1980's (Morgantaller) in regards to access to abortion, which is why there is no abortion law in Canada. It only further backs my case for refusing to participate in any program requiring a doctor's consent. My body, my life, my rules. One only has to prove the difficulty in obtaining a doctor's script in order to have any charges for personal medical use tossed. I would ask your doctor to provide you with a letter stating the reason for his refusal to sign was instruction from the college. Why are such a fucking moron? Can you read dummy ? My dr didn't want to sign the application coz the College does not condone it at this time. and will take away his license.
I thought I spelled that out pretty clear. But I guess your way to stupid to comprehend that.
If my dr thinks I'm a lair. Then why would he prescribe cannabis for me theses last 3 years.
Again......fuck right off you lil troll. You need to get a life outside of the message board. I mean how many hours a week do you spend trolling on here anyway. 30-40? Lol it's sad really. trolling on here is probably the only thing you have in your shitty little troll world.
FFS. Reality is NOT perception. You seem to think your opinion is valid legally.its easy to see that you'll argue with me about having a right but you won't stand up to the person who deprives you of that right...

I totally agree. Really it's not even the Dr giving consent. All I needed from the Dr was a physical script for cannabis that he is already giving me for my LP anyway. It's HC who I'm sending the app to and it's HC who ultimately grants me permission yes or no....not the doctor. This needs to be challenged. Making doctors the sole gatekeepers to mmj and then allowing their governing bodies to dictate whether a doctor can prescribe is a barrier to access. Hey shit for brains, the Hippocratic oath also forbids abortions. You also fail to distinguish idealistic fantasy from reality.Your doctor works for you by working with you. The patient-doctor relationship is reciprocal. The Hippocratic oath taken by physicians is to work with the patient and to keep them from harm's way, not to dictate how you receive treatment and go against your will and desire for whatever treatment you personally choose and see fit.
Ultimately he is an independent businessman, and the college would have to justify any sanctions in court. He just needs the testicular fortitude to stand up to the doctor nazi's.I totally agree. Really it's not even the Dr giving consent. All I needed from the Dr was a physical script for cannabis that he is already giving me for my LP anyway. It's HC who I'm sending the app to and it's HC who ultimately grants me permission yes or no....not the doctor.
I tried to explaine it to him just like that. But he said " nothing until he got more guidance from the college"
Then when he's informed... he would send me an email updating me on the next steps.
I'm pretty confident that HC engineered the ACMPR knowing damn well it be another cluster fuck and months and months before people are granted their grow rights back.
which is why I keep saying that the sick cant wait and not to waste their time and grow or do what needs to be done. There isnt a court that would convict them!!!I totally agree. Really it's not even the Dr giving consent. All I needed from the Dr was a physical script for cannabis that he is already giving me for my LP anyway. You're assuming that sick people can work.FFS. Reality is NOT perception. You seem to think your opinion is valid legally.
It's not. You have NO IDEA how goddamned fucking stupid you sound.
You're in your own head convinced you're right on shit you are dead wrong about.
Long before the Allard injunction you said stupid shit like "if youre sick youre fine its your right ".
Regardless of your condition in a court of law, that does NOT give you license to possess controlled substances.
You give advice that would get people arrested. You do way more harm than good with your arrogant know it all behavior.
Thats why I ask people like you and hippy what you do for a living, do you just sell pot or do you guys actually hold down real jobs?
Talking to you guys is like talking to adolescents. Your reading comprehension and logic is that of a high school drop out.
Seriously guys, DID you finish high school?
When the fuck did I make a statement like that? You're assuming that sick people can work.
