Tornados like to fuck us up here in tx. We get em every fucking year, some worse than others of course.
they ain't nothing to blow off..I called my son that night and told him his area was under a tornado watch and he told me it was no biggy, they would be fine and that I worried too much. Well that house I told you about that it picked up was only about 5 miles from theirs. He called the next day and said he was really sorry for not listening to me and that next time he would definitely listen.

you sound like Cat and my other son. I had to go to school for a parent/teacher conference right in the middle of a tornado watch several years ago. The lights went out, emergency ones came on and kids were running all over the place. I couldn't find my son, so I was in full panic mode searching the halls when it dawned on me to go to the doors. There he was standing there just outside, in the rain with the principal watching the football goal getting blown over!!

Boys!!! :wall:

Yup. We live on a lake and when it gets bad I like to go outside because it looks like a hurricane.
