OUR FREEDOM ISN'T AT RISK! IN A NUCLEAR AGE IT'S SILLY TO STILL THINK ALONG THE LINES OF PROTECTING OUR FREEDOM FROM FOREIGN ENEMIES! BESIDES, WE HAVE EXPONENTIALLY MORE ENEMIES NOW THAT BUSH HAS TOTALLY FUCKED UP AMERICA'S IMAGE GLOBALLY! AMERICA HAS CREATED SO MANY MORE TERRORISTS THAN IT HAS DESTROYED WITH THIS "WAR ON TERROR." Bottom line, when a government fails to do whats best for its citizens (ALL of them, not just the top 5%), it is every citizen's right and duty to overthrow that government. Unfortunately our evil gov's brilliant multi part plan to pacify the country with television, cell phones, SUVs, ipods, laptops and RELIGION has worked and very few are doing anything to demand change.

I still have to keep getting back to the fact that it's so friggin unexpected to be having this debate on a stoner forum. WAKE UP PEOPLE, IF YOU'RE A STONER THE REPUBLICANS HATE YOU! Why do you support them?

Most of the folks who post on the political forum on this site don't smoke weed. I found that out fast. I think they are debate junkies who think it would be easy and fun to come on here and beat up on what they consider to be "stupid stoners". Others hate both candidates but argue with the lefties. The Libertarians are just Republicans who have left the party and can't defend it or Bush.

I guess we are disagreeing about the meaning of 'promoting the general welfare...'
Also, you are forgetting about 'the commons' which we have turned over to these thieves i.e. natural resorces, air waves, the air we breathe(check the astma rates latly?), the water we drink, the food (poluted, growth hormones etc.) it goes on and on....
Do you think that a wealthy person who has all the choices in the world eats anything but organic? It's po folk that have no choices!

Oh yeah. Vi doesn't know anything about Po-folk. Check him out, he eats the best organic food, and belittles others that can't afford it. Calls the Po-folk piggies, eating all that fat. He doesn't realize that to eat like him would cost more than they make. Real compassionate fellow that Vimonster.

Freedom and Compassion are not priorities for conservatives. Most of them are greedy little piggies. Ultimately that's why they chose to be conservatives. Conservatives feel liberalism is a weakness because we A) care about helping the less fortunate, B) don't hate women and feel it's up to them to decide what to do with their bodies and minds, C) don't want the government telling us what to do in our private life, D) aren't obsessed with the accumulation of monetary wealth, D) don't subscribe to organized religion (at least with respect to the separation of church and state i.e. freedom of religion = freedom FROM religion).

I'm not complaining about myself though, there are many people in dyer need in our country and around the world, all I want is a administration that considers all people not just its 'high roller' doner base. No, that's not true, I want a lot more, but I'm a 'realist'
