MY NEW SOIL GROW AK47

I'm embarrassed by them...DWC. White widow and ak47. It was too much having to constantly deal with the ph and nutes and this and that. Soil is just easier and just as fast. This time they have a 7 foot tent and 4 feet to grow wide and 2 feet deep. I want her to grow and be as wonderful as possible under 400 watt vivosun hps...

I haven't tried it yet but there is just something about the rich soil and dirt from the ground that just gives it a smoother flavor to me
 
one last thing I learned...NEVER NEVER NEVER PRUNE YOUR FANS. I pruned mine on the white widow and she stopped taking in the nutes from the roots and guess what she couldn't pull from the fans Bc there weren't any!!! Dumb of me so this time only sucker buds...NO FANS!!!

This is how I grow, even use the same nutes. The first few grows weren't great and checking pH and ppm was a pain but after a few grows I figured it out and use the same nute mix and never check the numbers.

I recently tried using peat soil/soilless and failed because I didn't know what I was doing. I think hydro might actually be easier to learn because you have more control, if you mess something up, you can just dump the res and try again you don't need to flush, hope it's clean, and hope you fixed it.

I also like hydro better because it's cleaner, you don't have to buy and dispose of or recycle dirt. I just pour the water down the toilet when I'm done.

Any critical thinking member would dismiss the OPS claims after reading the first few posts. Not because it's apparent that he is wrong but simply because there's no real proof or scientific evidence to say he is correct.

The only thing that I can positively conclude is that the OP had better results from his soil grow.

Similarly I disagree with your blind leading the blind statement.

Hydro was fun, but it was hands on everyday and my oh was never balanced. I was ill informed when I started...I have it down tho in case I decide to try again..but after the easiness of soil it how I prefer to use it as my medium.. It grows from the earth so I'm gonna go the natural route

Why would any sane person sterilize soil? Microbes can be expensive.

Each method produces phenomenal product soil, coco, hydro, dwc, indoor, outdoor. The key to producing great bud is learning what the plant wants or needs in an givin situation dealing with it appropriately

Or breed a plant that grows supreme within your growing ability. I keep all my fancy genetics, but I breed strains on the side that I can basically plant and forget about.
