headband is weird & snakelike when young kinda like a whispy willow tree but then she fills in when I grew it before I wasn't ready for all the stretch now I'm a bit more prepared my plan is to veg the hell out of her & learn from the shortcomings of my last grow

cheers mate. Is that the Phantom reflector and ballast with a Phillips? Looks like best choice to be honest - can the ballast be run outside the cab with that light? Coz Iv read the big beasts emit a lot of heat so don't really get around that issue.... Will give that thread a read through.. Don't recognise nearly any of these lights, kid at xmas

r/p grow your own has 2 skywalker crosses available the one I like is lemon skunk-X-skywalker I'm wanting that but I've been looking for this cut of headband for awhile so I'll be doing this for awhile & it is so similar to skywalker but a bit stinkier on the sour skunk side & not as difficult to grow I'm gonna pick up the led light soon I couldn't come to terms with the financial side of growerhouse so the 315 is on hold until this grow is done here is today's pic I'm gonna switch to 400w in about a week I'm happy with the color toonice.. Bit like the Skywalker then.. Had no idea with that thought I was being a spanner. Been a mad one at work and the plants suddenly drinking half the res at a time now (awesome). Flushing atm but cranking up to 750ppm tonight. She hammered that last solution lol Will get pics tonight nice growth going down.
I will look into RP again when I am in Spain. I think I would like to try skywalker outside too done properly could be a corker. Thanks for all the sound advice again mate

Ok, here is a pic.. Last couple of days Iv seen the complete opposite of what she has been since birth lol She is necking nutrients back, I am still playing it safe with nutrients but up to 730PPM and drinking that quick with 80PPM drop in a few hours with 1/5 res done... On that note lets see what she is doing tomorrow and will probably up to around 800ppm in a couple of days. I generally find I switch to flower quite naturally at 900ppm and she has hit the net today so looking fairly on target. Will prob run some mineral water through her tomorrow also for some calcium/mg. Not used any calmag since the one feed where bottom leaves had a deficiency early on. She is quite compact, pics prob don't do justice, but I don't think Im gonna have ANY problem with a SCROG on this hahaha

in spite of all the problems she has a very rapid rate of growth you might have a monster on your hands

yup mate, Im just putting it down to what Big Buddha says "Attentive Plant" - infact and again pics don't probably do justice but she has been one of the toughest to get going (Sky was the same!). The thing what is concerning me is the fucking smell already?! da fuck lol when I open the cab to change res etc Live in a flat so gotta be a bit careful.. Got a 550m3 filter so I think I'm cool on the extraction side... Anyone got any experience with Ona gels or tips to deodorise corridors and the room itself to be safe. I think this will STINK in 6 weeks time lol
Iv still got my S & P on the low power setting so I can up the extraction a decent amount if needed.. My temps are pretty much spot on 27 lights on, 25 lights off now (bliss) - looking to flip this in a week or sooner at this rate!

Impressive growth for 1 day!... Just flushing her with mineral water to keep some cal/mg floating in there till tomorrow then really upping the nutrients to 830ppm, over 25ml of grow going in so boosting nitrogen, mg, cal, iron all up significantly.. monster alert!
Deffo looks like il be making the switch sometime next week.. I don't want her to go ape shit during the first 2 weeks of flower and run into issues! Absolutely no idea on the genetics but Im expecting a big stretch, hence keeping her very compact... Need to grab some more mylar on the weekend, ph buffer and probably some bloom.... On that note I haven't been using GHE bloom thus far, Iv been on Advanced Hydroponics of Holland with GHE Micro and grow... Iv heard so much positive things about the dutch one and its like 35% cheaper and very similar contents on the bottle.. Im considering trying it in complete replacement on the Blue OG grow next... Lets see.

She is flying... Ppm down to 760 from 840 after 8 hours. Always the same with these fussy and awkward plants, the challenge is getting them going then the challenge is slowing them down lols Will see the state of play tomorrow, probably top up with water, flush the following day and bump up to 950ppm for couple of days before the switch. Have a surprise every time I open the cab now so this will be subjective to how quick she fills about 3/4 of screen.
Pics tomorrow too tired tonight lol Will probably start to think about slowly defoliating few days after the switch.. She is a right bush lol

Looking good mate, its really interesting to see the two different styles working... She will start taking off within the next week
Yup she is insanely aggressive in growth now and emptying the res almost in 24 hours. Roots are ridiculous so I expect this to be pretty smooth sailing now (well it has been a piece of piss the last 3 or 4 days). I can start turning some focus onto my veg box and blue OG to repeat the process lol Do need to buy another water farm next month though I think which means I will have 3 in spain in 6 months plus a private garden at my oyster to start doing 2 or 3 outdoors on a dutch pro feed, full works done a lot of research and chatting with some real outdoor players I know.
Don't know if Il make it there in time though so full investment will be on 2 or 3 cfls and decent air conditioning lols!! Will be running 3 cabs, 3 diff strains at a time. Keep things interesting!

Sorry for shit pics managed to gt some real nice critical weed from a friend in the city... First time Iv smoked weed in months plus a couple of beers. There blurry as fuck lol!
Anyway should get the idea - AGGRESSIVE growth. I upped the PPM to 950 this morning checked it after lunch and it was at 790!! Spotted a couple of light defency so decided to add 5ml of calmag. and more Grow so up to 1080PPM and seem to be liking that!
Will be flipping to flower after this res and a flush I think. PPMs are high enough, screen will definately be full enough then with the growth rate on this biaaatch! Oh plus I'm nearly out of grow nutrients she caned the whole bottle lol

Some slightly better pics. Again crazy growth in a day.. Had to start defoliating a little bit it was so bushy, don't normally do any in veg.. Subjective as always though I guess haha. Anyway I can squeeze one more feed in at 1050/1100ppm tomorrow I think on the grow (she is flushing this evening/overnight) so probably make the flip on wednesday/thursday. Then the real fun begins

Cheers mate, its only a 1 plant setup but it usually gets me 350-400g of bud at the end of it so mission accomplished. Only reason Im gonna run 2 like this in the future is just for strain variety. Yer man post away be interested to see!
