This is to clarify my position in light of the recent posting by Jason Wilcox.

1. Those of you who are covered by the Allard decision, and in particular the injunction Order of March 21, 2014 of Justice Manson continued to be protected by that Order and the final Order "until this Court orders otherwise" as per Justice Phelan, February 24, 2016 – 2016 FC 237;

2. Those of you who were not covered by Allard may now apply under Part 2 of the ACMPR since August 24, 2016 to register to produce for your self or to have a designated person produce for you at the production site that is specified in the application. This enables those of you who wish to change your previous MMAR site to now apply to produce at the new location. The ACMPR application is not a renewal nor a transition and you do not provide any of your old medical documentation in support of your application. You have to get a new "medical document" under the ACMPR and provide the "original" of that document with your application to register;

3. I recommend that those of you covered by the Allard injunction and Orders also apply under the ACMPR for the same coverage that you have under the MMAR as the provisions of the ACMPR are substantially if not identical to the MMAR in terms of the formulas in relation to dosages per day. You need to get a new " medical document" from your physician/doctor and as under number 2 above, you do not send in MMAR documents but the 'original' of that document. This way you may be covered under both the Allard injunction and the ACMPR before any new changes are made. Further, you will not simply be at the mercy of the Courts further order whatever that might turn out to be;

4. If you experience problems obtaining the same thing under the ACMPR as you had on the MMAR, please do NOT call my office, but prepare a statement of the problems that you have experienced that limit what you had or continue to have under the MMAR that arise from the ACMPR so we can see what problems the new regulations pose for patients and can submit that to the court to demonstrate the problems when it comes to that court making any further orders. This should be sent by snail mail or email to my office or to the MMAR Coalition;

5. If your problems are with your physician?doctor in relation to dosage this is not caused by the ACMPR, but by the Canadian Medical Association and Provincial Colleges of Physicians and Surgeons. If you experience these problems a statement by snail mail or email should also be sent to my office indicating this type of problem so we can determine what proceedings can be taken against those bodies for restricting reasonable access;

6. The ACMPR consists essentially of the MMPR in Part 1 and the MMAR and Part 2 with a few changes. The Task Force on Legalization will report in November and new legislation is expected in the spring of 2017 that will further address medical "reasonable access" in the context of a legal regime and not the continued prohibition regime that currently exists – this is where further changes will arise.

So John says there is no order from HC to reduce plant counts or gpd which means doctors have been given the power to restrict or deny my court-confirmed right to access cannabis. It validates my position of claiming autonomy over my health and body without interference from doctors or HC or anybody else.
5. If your problems are with your physician?doctor in relation to dosage this is not caused by the ACMPR, but by the Canadian Medical Association and Provincial Colleges of Physicians and Surgeons. If you experience these problems a statement by snail mail or email should also be sent to my office indicating this type of problem so we can determine what proceedings can be taken against those bodies for restricting reasonable access;
PLEASE document any hassles you experience and along with Conroy, send it to Phelan, news media and as many provincial and federal politicians as you can.

I'd like to see a class-action against the doctors' colleges to knock them down a few notches. Doctors do not get to decide what medicine best treats my condition with the least negative side effects. I did not give permission for anybody to decide what my quality of life is going to be. My body, my life, my rules.

What was wilcoxes post?
from Jason Wilcox :

Formal announcement and update from John Conroy (via link) and 2 personal notes
Stay updated and lifted friends!

Note:
1. No hearing has been set regarding the Injunction nor are we planning to set one till we "know the full ACMPR" regulations some still to come.

2. We suggest if your Dr supports your standing "prescription" then transition to the ACMPR. Be sure to discuss the letter they received from the college. The Canadian Medical Association (CMA) who oversees all Dr's in Canada has sent out a letter two months ago suggesting anything over three grams per day was potentially troublesome for Health Canada simply do not know enough about cannabis to even "formally" accept cannabis as a medicine in Canada. In Canada its a court imposed program that remains with a "formal" position that marihuana has no medical value.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Please read this PDF http://johnconroy.com/…/Canada-Roundtable-on-Legalization-S…

Become fully updated about the Allard trial for the Coalition and our legal team are seeking "patients" who:

Were under Injunction and transitioned to the ACMPR only to be forced onto a lower amount of authorized cannabis do to the CMA letter or if Health Canada phoned the Dr after you sent in your filled paperwork and your Dr reduced you dosage.

Even if you Dr will not renew for same dosage based on the suggestion/letter from the CMA.

If your one of those patients and willing to file a statement for our future hearing with Justice Phelan please contact John Conroy via his office at:

Or you can file send statement to [email protected] and I can forward onto John Conroy. We have a few things to address when we eventually get to a hearing about the Injunction and regulations arising from the Allard trail.

We saved our gardens taken in victim impact statements thus your voice is and may well be used to curve the arbitrary tactics such as asking the CMA to spook all 80,000+ Drs in Canada by stating "authorizing" over three grams a day is "strongly not suggested".

there has been zero growth in the book of knowledge on cannabis...at HC and colleges of " you know....we know...nothing"
Crazy thing...ignorance does not eliminate reality. HC and doctors simply refusing to study cannabis or accept the findings of many credible studies already available does not make it any less effective as a medicine. Doctors regularly prescribe new wonder drugs, presumably accepting whatever study results they're fed, even though these pills come with warnings of serious health risks or death. The entire medical profession has lost all credibility and deserves no influence in my life.

You are correct Chris. But it because of what it is...the evil weed. If it could grow you a second cock they would still say it's bad. They don't like it now and many never will. They don't want any weed smell by the caddies at the gold club to ruin their martini's.
You might as well ask them to approve cocain...all the same to them.

And cannabis does not have kick backs to the doc like pharma
Not so fast. A large percentage of these so-called doctors will only provide scripts for their chosen LP...I'm sure that comes wit a kickback. They are also charging patients large extortion fees for the privilege, It doesn't take the medical professionals long to figure out how to make a buck off the sick. Time to blow up their game....

when i went into MCRCI, the waiting room was full of 3-4 cabinets with no less than 5 LP's advertising. i do not believe they aren't giving the Dr's something.

when we went into my wife's appointment, the Dr only wanted to discuss how i make the oil..and now he says i should be using olive oil because he's not sure the ISO extraction is so good! he said that he's been told that if you use edibles, you use the same amount as dried herb. i guess i can see that cuz if you have a brownie that you get 4 hours of relief from, what would you smoke/use during that 4 hours. he never discussed what it was doing for her or anything like that. he just cut her script back. he didn't ask anything about her symptoms.
i told him that i have learned from some very good people on how to extract, he still doubts my method. i have been doing it for a long time and very successfully according to a few others besides myself.
this is so wrong!!
i will be emailing CONroy

Well seems the doctors the would sign has been clamped down by someone. I'm starting to hear that no one is able to find a doctor atm to signs. Even the $1500 one I'm still waiting for is starting to fall through the cracks and I'm hearing some weird info about HC vs doctors that want to signs. This is through the grapevine so not sure how accurate the info is.

Basically the latest developments have been:

-the the federal college of physicians sent out a letter (some say 'recommending', some say 'threatening') 1-3 grams per day only.
-several provincial colleges are mandating 3 month renewals as opposed to a year
