There is science pertaining to the definite health benefits of low-level infrared exposure, so I guess you could say that removing this from your environment by using commercial LED lights that eschew adding LLLIR means that you lose a healthy source of that light. But to then say LED's are harmful, seems to be misleading in a way.Article is opinion... where is the science?? Quack Quack!

But low-voltage halogen for the bed- and living-room is really a good idea.
I've changed from incandescent lights over T5 and halogen to expensive CRI95 LED's and now I should change again to low-voltage halogen...?
Maybe only another marketing trick to boost the light industry ...
