Putting plants in darkness to remove chlorophyll?

Does putting plants in darkness during final days of flower increase chlorophyll deterioration?

I can put a clone directly in my native soil and it will taste tee same as if I put it into a 5 ,gallon full of ffof. I grow way better bud then you. Believe me or don't, this is America, you can do whatever you want.
I believe you can't taste a difference but that doesn't mean there isn't one or that flavor profile cannot be brought out in a plant. Just because you don't experience it doesn't mean it doesn't happen. Just like there are people on this site that claim a flush helps their grow...we already know it doesn't, RM3 has a good read on why it doesn't but still so many people flush and claim it helps. Anecdotal man.

And yea, you probably do grow better weed than me considering I've only been growing nine months. That's beside the point and doesn't negate what I'm saying though, caring for your plant will ensure the best flavor and smell. It's not down to just genetics, it has to do with how you care for your plant. Otherwise what would be the point of hydro? Or Organic soil? Or any of the millions of ways we've discovered to grow our weed...they all produce different but similar results.

But keep being biased towards yourself, it is America after all.

Nobody that knows how to grow believes flushing will get rid of what's in the plant tissue. It does serve a purpose but not for rid ding the plant of excess nutrients. As far as taste goes Na, like I've said I've grown fucked up root bound plants in one gallons never fed that have given me an eight of some tasty ass buds .

I believe you. I also still believe there are steps we can take to ensure our buds have the best taste possible. Like if your plant hadn't been root bounds maybe that tasty eighth could've been tastier. You might say no but someone else might think differently, sadly without a way to measure terpenes in an official capacity we'll never truly know.

So is that the brand/variety that you'd recommend, man? Not really up on the brands/types, folks have basically been telling me to just "get good soil".
(shrugs)

You're so internet hard man. It was a joke.
lol
Later, kid - have a good life, eh?

What a shit show lol
Boil your roots, keep under lights for 5 days. Kills them, stops uptake, and uses up nutrients. Plant stays alive. Also I believe it starts the curing process as well.
No mold either, a sterilized medium...

Don't tell him to flush, flushing is a myth and only serves to deprive your plants of nutrients during a big part of their life.
And that's what he wants to deprive the plant of nutrients so she can use all the chlorophyll and yellow up. In this case a good flush will accelerate this yellowing process.

No. It will rob the plant of what it should be using. Let it take its course. When ready, kill your roots. This will accelerate yellowing, but not from deficiency, from necessity.

But that just hurts your plant.
In which way? He will just get rid of any salt build up (if any) if u feed it plants with synthetic nuts and u don't feed with at least 10-15% runoff ., U will get salt build ups and will need to flush every 3-4 weeks. I personally don't believe in flushing your cannabis plants for harvest to accomplish better taste or anything., Now like someone else said boiling your roots or flushing the soil now and then just use plain water will serve his purpose to accomplish yellowing fast., And anyways op if it plant is not getting yellow naturally it's either she's not done/mature or u are feeding too much.

Boiling your roots will deprive the plant of o2 thinking that is a flood and will convert sugars into alcohol., She will still alive and use the nutrients faster she will be yellow in a week and also after 5-7 days drying will be ready to smoke and it will taste like a 3 weeks cured bud

Lol what proof do you have of excess salts in unflushed plants? Flush your soil once in a while if you're really worried. Do a little reading on plant biology, with a botanical focus, not pot forum bro-science...

Do you gotta call me kid? It's so cringey.
Just an assumption based on reading a few of your posts. And vibes. Vibes are very important. You are in your 20s, am I right? I thought I knew everything and that my shit didn't stink when I was around that age, as well.

Want to start over and be friends?
Sure. Do you mind sharing popcorn from a green bowl?

Just murder of roots. Brutal, but it works like a dream. To flood would leave you vulnerable to mold. Boiling sterilizes.
