Help! Can't diagnose my pants correctly

Hey guys. I can't seem to pinpoint what is exactly going on with these plants. I thought it was light burn or heat stress at first. but I'm using cfls and they don't have much heat and most people put them very close. I recently moved the lights up Could it be too much light? 12 - 100 watt equivalent cfl on 6 plants. It seemed right for the square footage I'm using But i think it could be a pH problem or too much light which is causing nutrient deficiencies. Any help would be much appreciated.

fix the problem and many deficiencies will go away...
Overwatering & underwatering
High humidity
Uneven moisture levels in the soil or growing medium
Too-high levels of N-P-K nutrients
PH is too high or low

Awesome. I will start eliminating these in the next week. I haven't given it any nutrients so that's out. I'm putting a digital thermometer that records the high and low temperature and humidity so I can monitor it. And I'm checking the pH levels tomorrow. Thanks!

Soil is perlite , vermiculite, peat moss and organic potting soil.
Nutes 3-3-3 were just given for the first time last water 3 days ago. in response to them looking so bad and advice from friend. very little tho.
Watering every 3-5 days. Always waiting until the soil becomes dry on top. Its straight well water. Not ran thru a softner. testing the pH level tomorrow. and monitoring the temperature and humidy tonight.

Also, in the last week I opened the closet door to let heat and humidy out bc I thought it was getting too hot. door has been wide open for 4 days.

100 watt cfl isn't going to take you far. Personally I would NOT do more than root some cuttings under it.
Edit I didn't see you had 12 first read.

Well my goal is to keep the heat down bc its closed off and didn't have vent installed yet. and safety. but yea ideally I would like to have much better lighting but for now this is what I got. Been looking into leds

No fresh air is a fast way to low returns. The air not only needs to be the right temps it needs to be refreshed fairly quickly.

Yea thats what I was most concerned with so now the closet door is wide open to a huge room. still working out the details for the exhaust. until then door open

Your still going to need something to move the air around. Now I'm think this was the start of your problems. Something that essential can make everything go wrong.

I have a fan on low in the closet blowing on them. I know fresh air is a must but do you think with the door open and fan blowing on them that's still not enough and causing these issues? if so I will speed up this exhaust project of mine lol

No I can't say for sure but I wouldn't hold up on the exhaust even if it was. Blowing air to hard isn't good either. If nothing is being sucked out the only option is force. That force will be felt by the plant. Breeze is good. Hurricane is bad.

Its a standard oscillating fan. on low doesnt seem too bad but yea I get what your saying. I will make sure it's not blowing directly on them. I read you could blow it at the tops of the plants. so thats what I did.

Edit: 15 inch standard oscillating fan
