It's Cali law, not supposed to make sense. Passed in 2004 it classified all .50 BMG as military/terrorist weapon and flat banned any .50 BMG.(with a few exceptions) .50 muzzle/blackpowder are good as well as .458 centerfire. The .50BMG were getting a lot of print/news coverage

If I was cranking out shit loads of small calliber pistol rounds, i'd get a progressive setup. But i use my digital scale/dispenser for doing up most of my rounds.

In that instance I'd pony up for a robo balance. Tenth-grain precision and dial a charge of even the old IMR powders. I handloaded .223 and weighing each charge was the longest step after case prep.

With a robo balance I'd be cranking them out!!

The only thing we can't have here is a rail gun, the state outlawed them for hunting before they were invented.

Never good to be agressive despite differing views. I dont wish death on all police but I have met quite a few bad ones.

Ive mentioned my dad was a higj ranking officer in the auxillary force but even he had his opinions on this.

I respect those who deserve it. That blue line you mentioned is all to true, I have been driven to a beach fanous for beatings and left there. Not fun when the cops clearly arent writing stuff down, the incar camera is never activated. You know whays going to happen amd that has happebed to a lot.

My local precinct is the worst for corruption and violation in ontario. My former arrestinv officers in old cases are in a debacle of planting drugs on known felons.

I am mixed up.

I was beaten the last time and had my phone searched. My lawyer told me "we can fight this but all they will get is a slap on the wrist and your still goinv to jail for qhat thwy have found"

I did 8 months before i took the deal. The fact my lawyer who is no small time told me straight that I felt hurt.

Long story they came arrested us both searched every room found a gun/ammo and drugs/ scales. Did 8.5 months before it was thrown out over illegal search

Here it was a neighbor who had problema with me and her.

8.5 months was a possession of a prohibited firearm/possession of a deadly weapon/assailt/confinement/choking ugh about 36 more random charges.

It was a domestic call that turnes ugly even tho in court my ex wifey said it was rough sex anx thwy came mid coitus. I had no pants on in the living room.

I did about 165 days thay same year when my same ex flippes out over sruga and began ruining thw house we were in. I actually called police to have her put in mental health ward as she was a loonie. I ended up in jail.

Citizens arrest can happen but is iffy here. Must be on the property and all these other rules. Seen stories of a store owner catcjing a shoplifter outside the store and being charged.

I spend a lot on lawyers. If I commited a crime I will take a plea deal normally asnmy lawyer gets it bumled down to basically nothing. I dont talk about others if they involved and that can be a pain.

I have done atleast 3 months a year since i was 18. I never get breaches tho and normally beat my charges.

My lawyer is greenspan. He represents high name celevrities/ big cases and is a cloae friend to a man i deal with.
