Bump..... anyone else receive anything new? I received a letter from the crown saying justice Zinn threw out my t-number for the second goldstar kit but the first is still sitting on justice phelans desk according to the fedural court office in Winnipeg???

An oldy but a good read for anyone new to the forum. Heard anything else dishes? I called the federal court office the other day and they said all the originalgoldstars t numbers are still open and waiting on justice phelean to look at it. Wtf that's the same shit I was told in summer... gotta love the gov... this kind of tardyness at any other job would not be tolerated..... rant over lol

Not really. Legislation in 4 - 5 months and full implementation within 12. Seems reasonable...continuing to charge people for something that will soon be legal, is the real issue. A temporary form of decrim. until legalization is put in place would have made much more sense than this shit show. Stunts like Emery pulled the other day and the fact that Vancouver and other cities refuse to comply with the order to crack down on dispensaries will help the general public see the stupidity of wasting police and court resources on cannabis.

Im optimistic as well but they never put a definitive timeline on it. During the press conference when asked when this framework would be implemented they stated that it was now all up to the Govt to take their recommendations and go from there

Ya, I'm just going by what I've read in various articles, but nothing is concrete, just guessing. Still, it would be a whole lot easier to stomach the wait if they weren't spending our money on ruining lives for zero benefit.

i am not debating..neither of us can prove anything......

Well I called the fedural building in Winnipeg today. I figure the squeaky wheel gets the grease left message hopefully get a reply. Also hoping if I do get a reply it isn't the same old it's on justice phelans desk bs. Hears hoping.
