Still communicate better than you non-educated potheads.

I live in a house and I plan to build a basement. With 1000 W / m2 I can only afford 4 m2 grow area (50 % of 220 V 16 A). So small is a bit of a joke for me. The area Will be at least 20 m2 I Hope. That is what motivates my question.
Why would you use 1000w for only one square meter? That seems excessive.

This is beautiful. Completely ignore the main point I made in that post.

Please try to communicate with me. When you have you 20m^2 basement grow op built. How does raising your lights magically give you more space?

Again how many people have agreed with your assessments in this thread???

If we are all wrong and you are the only one that knows what youre talking about, why are you coming to us for help, shouldnt it be the other way around?

I have gotten help from the smart and polite people here = not you.

When I have my grow op I will have other concerns. Now, in a planning stage I am interesting in things that are important for the plans. After I have build the space, the area cannot change. That is why I plan now and not when it is too late dumbass.

Has anyone agreed with what you've said anywhere in this thread? Just wondering...

Yes. Problem is much info on internet on this topic is outdated and not reliable. Most just repeat what others say or have subjective bias. I read lots of people say that LED is not good enough yet.
I've heard both that they're really good and they're not so I don't know who to believe

You and tty will get along just fine. I can already tell. lol

Heres a novel idea. Quit making threads that have been answered a thousand times before and use the "search" function instead.

And when google search tells you it couldnt find an answer you can tell it that your question "must have been too advanced for googles feeble little servers to understand".
Here's a novel idea: stop being a prick!

My opinion is based on plenty of experience. Modern LED, as opposed to first generation blurple tech, is definitely better than HID. What's changing now is their up front cost by comparison. They used to be very expensive to buy, now the price premium is vanishing.
