Well, I'm convinced your weed is at least working on you.

I asked if / when the unborn has any rights. I also asked if a couple made a baby by mutual agreement and the baby was still under construction in the womb if the woman had a right to renege on her agreement. If she does have a right to renege, does that mean the father bears no responsibility for the upkeep of the child if HE reneges and wants her to abort but she doesn't want to?

Really my questions were about when another person might have some say or right in whether or not a woman has an abortion if there was prior agreement to have a child.

How could you possibly enforce any responsibility on the father? Where did that right suddenly get created from?

You have created the right of society to suddenly enforce contracts? What if there wasnt any contract?

At some point you are advocating that a woman have the right to do what she chooses with her body infringed upon. That is in direct disagreement with your original tenet that a woman has the right to do what she wants with her body.

Consentual contracts are not usually going to end up in an abortion so most of your examples seem silly given the outcome.

Apparently since Trump is going to be president in a few weeks he is no longer able to communicate with his business partners nor have them in meetings....According to Schuylarr anyway.

"Society" has no rights in this scenario, but the father probably does, The father made a consensual agreement with the mother to have a baby, if she decides to abort, she would be commiting fraud and breaching their agreement.

I'm beginning to think maybe your weed IS better than mine.

So is it the father that gets to kidnap and detain the mother or would that be society that did that for breaching their agreement. And dont you think strapping a woman down on a gurney until she gives birth kinda bad? You know... Since she gets to do what she wants with her body... Well, until she signs a contract, then fuck her and her wishes!!!
