Their ideas are now mainstream Republican thinking.I'm for tossing the 'Tea Party' into the fucking harbor and letting them steep for a while.

He's also predicted to become the world's first ever Trillionaire (that's $ 500 billion he'll give away when he dies). Many billions given to various charities, grants, human rights organizations, foundations, etc.
I wonder how many hundreds (thousands?) the neon diaper has given in his lifetime? Self-indulgent glutton.
I'm sure that I give more of myself (cash and otherwise) each year than he does.....wanna bet? SAD!

find a man with real character. in this election I supported bernie and for the first time in my life I gave money to a political campaign. even change my registration from independent to democrat so I could vote for him in the caucus. I'm 60 and he was the first politician i've seen in my lifetime that I liked. we just need to make sure we support people that are not funded by wall street and represent our interestHow do we keep the same thing from happening to a prospective Progressive Left?
I'm gonna sound like "one of those" but we really need to take the money out of politics.find a man with real character. in this election I supported bernie and for the first time in my life I gave money to a political campaign. even change my registration from independent to democrat so I could vote for him in the caucus. What is a resent pipe line? Like where did we send it, why, and who sent it back?Ever think that they did not want the job and have to divest of their vast fortunes and have to release THEIR tax returns?
No? Is that too obvious for you?
Look at the resent pipe line dispute, who benefits from it not going through? Maybe the person who owns the rail cars that the oil is currently transported on, maybe Warren Buffet?
The Dutch and the Germans love him (Dagobert in German). I had actually not read any for the last 20 years until recently. Now I am going through them and reading them again. Five boxes. Very good stuff and quite often topical if you keep them in their historical context. The environmental views he (Barks) voiced are quite current and well ahead of their time. Scrooge was Barks' foil.My buddy in Nederland (Jelmer) is a massive fan. He collects the older books and puts them under glass, etc. I'll send him things like cereal/fast food promo figurines and he flips his shit, lol.... stuff that didn't see release over there and is scarce.
He mentioned this to me years ago, oddly enough. The Dutch and the Germans love him (Dagobert in German).
Betsy DeVos and I both dig stroopwafels. But she is a know-nothing bible thumper so I avoid her..He mentioned this to me years ago, oddly enough.
I respect his fandom although I don't share in it. I'm much more interested in the treats he sends - stuff from Belgium, Denmark, France, etc. - everything from stroopwafels to jarred fish.

That's what I remembered; they were good, pithy stories with a message. They had to have been good writing to have resonated with me; both my folks were English teachers and fed me a steady stream of English Lit., up to and including Shakespeare. The Dutch and the Germans love him (Dagobert in German). Just skewer a hot dog (frankfurter) with said stick and roast it over an open fire. Nothing endangered died, and you still get to risk diseases.I can get a monkey in Manila
