basically the ingredients of pho wrapped in a burrito. i softened some onions and jalapenos, cooked some thinly sliced ribeye in a pho broth, and boiled some vermicelli. put it in a burrito with sriracha and hoisin, topped with green onions and thai basil leaves, and a splash of broth.

it was the best thing i have ever eaten in my life. woulda totally pissed off zmuda and neo.
