Yep no problem. The seed drops have been great imo in last year, defiantly turned me into a seed junkie :eyesmoke: I've got all I need now but I expect breeders to keep dropping some fire gear so you won't miss a beat
I still have 3 containers myself. Damn archives price is crazy now.Somehow ive lost a few on my current test runs, something is plucking them stems out of my seedlings, gettin rusty. Thanks for the info mate

Just emailed me back saying post office returned the package. They will reship it back out lol

Suprised he emailed you back. It is hard to get a response from this chode. I ended up doing a chargeback myself and he never responded with a tracking number so I got my funds back. After a few days.

Ask him for the first packages tracking number, that way you can see if it really got sent back. I bet he just didnt send it and messed up. Lol

Did you eventually receive the items you didn't pay for? I've made about eight or so purchases with Greenline and they've come through every time. They accept Visa, and I'm usually notified of shipment about six days later, with it being received in Canada about six days after that. Twelve days total. I just bought a few Dosidos F2 packs at $135 each ($190-200 elsewhere), and the Pacific NW Roots Koffee crosses I grabbed there were $130 I think, so I'm not complaining.

After it went unanswered i threatened calling it in as fraud and got a response

I ordered a pack of pudding pop when they first dropped, back in the beginning of April. I just got an order complete email on May 1st.... A month later. Given that their shipping method, priority, has a delivery time of 3-5 max, I hit up green line for a tracking number. He says he will double check on my order... That was twelve days ago. He hasn't answered any of my follow up emails since.
I really wished I had listened to the people that said he was shady in hindsight. I just can't comprehend how someone an show such a blatant disregard for a customer base and consider themselves a legitimate business enterprise in the same breath. I woulda easily dropped the 2 hundred somewhere else to not deal with this bs.

You know he provides a really nice incentive to purchasing from his site, you can get bang out gear for 10-40% off competitors pricing. But he doesn't care about you as a consumer, which is way more important. To me, a seed distributor, or any proprietor for that matter, isn't defined by the number of trouble-free transaction they have...it's how they respond to the fuck ups that matter way more.

Breeders and banks should take notes from greenpoint seeds. He knows how to keep the consumer happy and feel important, all while providing grade a gear

I'm thinking of making an order with GLO. He's got some gear that I can not find on other US based banks and the price is right.
Plus I see he accepts credit cards.

Has his company improved with delivering product and customer service since his new site was put up?

I can't speak for customer service. Personally, I don't want to talk or need any assurance about my order when buying seeds. I just place my order and wait patiently. I knew going in that he's not the guy to contact every day to see how the processing of my order is going. I don't need tracking or any of that. I just want my seeds...that's it. It usually takes two weeks to receive an order or less is what he's always stated. I've made countless orders with dude, because he has the best prices and deals in the biz. I've gotten every order in 11 days or less. I've never had to contact him. I just wait for it. I can't speak for anyone else who's had an issue, and those who have not so great experiences should be considered before your purchase. Dude has never failed me...just MY experience. I buy with zero worries, but I've seen all his dustups in the biz. Lol shit is comical really

Nope waited 3 weeks after he was an ass and banned me from his IG. No email response nothing. I was charged double when I ordered not sure why. I emailed waited 24 hours nothing, tried to email again in 48 hours nothing. After 5 days and the double charge was still there, I went on his IG and said somethings wrong and he talked shit and banned my second user account.

All of this was after the first time I tryed to order and my CC was declined. I emailed him no response, went to his IG and posted that I couldn't get the CC to work properly only for him to talk shit and ban my main account but not before saying, "if you are to stupid to figire it out then you dont need to order" DICK! LOL

I tried the second time because everyone here in this thread said he was a dick but honest. Not my experience!
