Are you just sitting around in a dark room without anything but this forum for news?

“This is a tremendous victory for Senator Sanders’ fight to democratize the Democratic Party and reform the Democratic nominating process,” Jeff Weaver, Sanders’ campaign manager, said in a statement. “We were pleased to work with the Clinton campaign to enact this historic commission.”
Too little, too late.

Despite Hillary’s active imagination, it’s appropriate to investigate allegations of voter suppression, which has a dark history in this country and against which we need constant vigilance — although requiring an ID is not suppression. In 2008, more than 1,200 felons illegally cast votes in Minnesota’s ultra-close Senate race, in which Al Franken was ultimately declared the winner by 312 votes. But we also need to be vigilant against new forms of lawbreaking. In 2014, three professors from two Virginia universities estimated, based on comprehensive survey data, that 6.4 percent of the nation’s non-citizen population voted illegally in the 2008 election, enough to have changed the outcome in some states. In 2008, more than 1,200 felons illegally cast votes in Minnesota’s ultra-close Senate race, in which Al Franken was ultimately declared the winner by 312 votes. Franken’s vote proved to be the crucial one that allowed Obamacare to become law.

"too late". LOL

Dude, the article was from August last year.

But I wasn't thinking you could ever listen to other than right wing propaganda. I was just answering your question. Too funny that you don't refute the fact but spout your belief. Because facts are less important to you.

Maybe you can spew 10 paragraphs of hot air out in order to try to make a point. Someone of your perceived intellect should be able to make their point in a few sentences. I think you just like hearing yourself talk. It makes you feel smarter. You're not impressing anyone here, other than yourself. Just so you know. ;)
maybe you can reply to his same post for a third time to show how totally not upset you are.

Yes I saw the date. The superdelegates had been busy throwing the race for 4 months by then.

Believe what you want. I'll stick with the actual history.

you should tell that to the federal courts which keep ruling over and over and over again that the manner in which the states implement their ID laws is in fact designed to target and suppress the votes of minorities and the young.

you impossible retard.

And then there's my favorite tactic; closing drivers license offices in rural counties as a 'cost saving measure', conveniently forgetting to mention how much harder that makes it for people in those areas to get proper ID or registered to vote.

to be fair, they are only closing down offices in majority black counties after implementing voter ID. they want to make it clear that their intention is to take away the vote from black people, not white people.

Clinton won a majority of elected delegates. Super Delegates is still a stupid idea -- you have no argument from me about this -- but less so because Sanders delegation worked with Clinton's delegation to change rules going forward.

That is history. Your belief isn't important.

You OK? You seem upset about something.

My beliefs are important to me and I vote them. Everyone else does the same, even you.

Attempting to invalidate others gains you no credibility.

If, as right wingers claim the EC were truly written into the constitution to protect minority groups as @fdd2blk and @twostrokenut claim, why were so many groups deprived of the right to vote? This is a false claim. I don't know why FDD and twostroke are so wrapped up with an idea that was a compromise necessary to placate slave holders in 1780. It's time to scrub this sore and clean it out.
last time you dems waged war on a lrez this hard was abe Lincoln.

tell me about the cows more, because youre smart.

Department of Motor Vehicle Offices (DMVs) require significant funds to operate, which costs taxpayers money.

For the people in the poorer sections whose DMVs were closed, yet were still only a few miles from an open DMV:

1. You'd think if they really wanted to vote, they'd drive a few extra miles on one of the 200+ open weekdays per year to register. Not a big deal.

2. And you'd think they would rather do #1 above than pay more taxes to keep a closer DMV open.

1. So now in order to vote you have to have a car?

2. Why can't the state keep a part time office in every county? They're there to serve citizens, not turn a fucking profit.

But nice try. Racist.

abe lincoln was a liberal "lrez". the war against him was waged by conservative southerners who did not want to acknowledge the equality of "purples". ya know, people exactly like you.

why do you lie all the time? is lying the only thing you can do? you realize that lying constantly like you do weakens whatever position you are arguing for, right?

if you can't defend your position without lying, it leans you have to make stuff up.

that's sad.

tell me how many counties clinton won again, retard.

if your state was run by black politicians who shut down the DMVs in predominantly white areas of your state and then told you that you needed a DMV-issued ID to vote, you would be crying like a little bitch.

but when white legislators target black voters, you defend it.

profiles in fucking courage right here, folks.

DMVs are designed to serve people with cars first and foremost, my fellow racist.

Not long ago (3 years ago), a terrible series of tornadoes knocked out power all over my area for several days. It was so bad that a lot of people scheduled vacations out of town until power was restored.

During that time, the police issued a curfew. Anyone caught driving on the roads after 10:00PM would be arrested, unless they could provide proof that they were either heading directly to or returning home from work. Which obviously required people to have a radio, and to listen to it, right?

Again, racist, those people in the places where the DMVs were closed had over 200 days per year to get registered to vote.

Face it. Those people who weren't registered were not interested in voting, and were probably too fucking stupid to form a rationale for their vote anyway.
