I guess we'll see what happens in '18. That should give some insight on what to expect for the big show. Hopefully we can find a decent candidate by then.

Nominating decent candidates has been rendered all but impossible by Citizens United. The donor class will buy their way and what's left of the middle class will get screwed again.

Trump's longevity in office is determined by two things; how well he serves the interests of corporations, their shareholders and the oligarch class- and the mercy of God to allow him to live long enough.

You'll notice the wishes of the vast majority of our country's citizens don't matter for shit.

So the real question is how long will We the People keep putting up with it?

The good news is that he's reinvigorated the Progressive Movement like no one else in my lifetime.
