so what is this chart?
and can you give me answer about wich led/cob is the best right now?i wont to order theme this week
No that isn't the sphere data from chilled that is old estimates made by members before anyone sphere tested CX cobs period. Also be aware that chilled LEDs numbers from cxb3590 are a flash measurement cold. BIG Difference from actual under usage output..... That said Citizen 1812 or better and the vero 29 C Gen 7 are better than CXB 3590.... Also Luminous from cobkits are promising as well. All can be had cheaper than Cree at equal to or better performance.

what can you say about it?
he said 1818 c4 or s4Is that in a sphere? Or a spot measurement? Also the CXB3590s has been tested many times. Is that Gen6 citizen or Gen5? He's also using different CCTs from what I can tell as well.
Yeah I'm not sure.... Check out @CobKits testing he's done them all in a mini sphere.he said 1818 c4 or s4
what is cct?
can you give link?Yeah I'm not sure.... Check out @CobKits testing he's done them all in a mini sphere.
i cant understand the guy but hes comparing a gen5 1818 3000k 80 cri vs a cree of unknown spec. is it 4000k 80cri? 3500k 70 cri? its hard to fraw any useful conclusions without knowing the ship he is usinglook min 14:00
what can you say about it?
I'd say you need to get started and build up some experience of the whole vegging/flowering process. Growmau5 was a huge inspiration to me, and he's clearly an experienced and successful grower, but he didn't offer much regarding non-LED aspects of the whole process.wiggle room? sorry im not the best in ensligh...
i still didn't decide it about the flowering time
i was thinking about giving 1 month to 2 4x4 so like ill have yield each month from 2 tents out of 4...
or to put theme all on the same time and to give 12h light to 2 tent and the other 2 in dark and then swap
it will depend on the cloning
i first wanted to put 4 600W HPS but i sew the amazing results of the cobs(grow mouse videos)
so those 400W can be used for ac or some more filters
so what do you think?im planing to get 0.5kg from each table is it possible with cobs?
or to keep the hps?
Okay, thanks for the enlightment!

So the Vero 29 C are better for me than the Vero 29 B? I have a 3x3 tent and I'm building a fixture with 9 COBs (3 rows of 3) and I planned on getting the C model and run them at 1400ma which powers them at 95w each but then I figured that was a bit too much heat so now I'm thinking of getting the B model running them at 1400ma which powers them at 70w. Is my logic flawed? Should I stick with the C model and power them at 1050ma (71w each) or even at 1400ma if I can keep the heat down?nobody has an actual measurement to back that number up but we do know relative performance from cob to cob in repeatable measurements.
you can buy cobs that are slightly more efficient than CXB at all currents for half the price (luminus cxm22, citi 1818 )
"If" the crees are 64% at chip level at that wattage "then" the other chips are 65-66%
you can also buy cobs that are even more efficient than CXB at about the same price (citizen 1825, vero 29C)
"If" the crees are 64% at chip level at that wattage "then" the other chips are 67-68% (but at higher currents they leave the crees in the dust by 10% or more
crees do well at low currents relative to their high current performance, but no better than other cheaper chips at low currents
HEAT is HEAT Brah,So the Vero 29 C are better for me than the Vero 29 B? Hi Stephen, can the 72V cobs, Cree and Vero be run on a 700ma driver?

ye sure thay can thay will run like 36 on 1.4H
