I just learned something. Thanks!
Why the rapid start at 4 weeks into flower?I'm in week 4 of flower and love what I see. I'm adding florolicius+, silica, zyme and rapid start. I'm using a stir plate and a mason jar to get it mixed well.
No idea, it's a sample and they gh chart called for 1mil a gal? Figured I would use it since it was sitting on the shelf. Why the rapid start at 4 weeks into flower?
Actually complicating the KISS method .....only on RiuKiss is just Keep It Stupid Simple. Less is more.
If it isn't organic nutes sourced locally, I'd bet that there's an evil corporation involved in its development.ive used both gh flora and maxi series for years,,, bloom boosters are not needed w any good nutrient line tho..silika and kelp always have a time and place.. i like that both flora and maxi series when mixed w my water ph is always wright on 5.7,, then it rizes slightly , after 3 days ph is 6.0,, then its time to top off anyways w/ ph balanced water.. love gh but hate that im giving money to scotts!!!!!
How did you come up with 11.65mls of FloraNova per gallon is equivalent to 7 grams of MaxiBloom? According to the Lucas Formula - 7 grams of MaxiBloom is equivalent to 8ml of Flora Nova.after being converted by a nutrient calculator
GH maxibloom 7 grams per gallon
N 92 PPM
P 121 PPM
K 215 PPM
Ca 92PPM
Mg 65PPM
equivalent dose of flora nova 11.65mls per gallon
N 123
P 107
K 179 PPM
Ca 123 PPM
Mg 62 PPM
in my opinion the flora nova is better
the K:Ca:Mg ratio is a perfect 3:2:1 so not likely to have an issue with the cation being balanced
the P on the maxi is heavy.. some might argue the P in the floranova is still even heavy but that's debatable
and the flora nova has a bit more N which I would personal prefer
the lucas formula is a ratio of N; P:K of 1:1:2How did you come up with 11.65mls of FloraNova per gallon is equivalent to 7 grams of MaxiBloom? According to the Lucas Formula - 7 grams of MaxiBloom is equivalent to 8ml of Flora Nova.
consider thisFor now I'm using floranova bloom only but at some point going over to a dry nutrient
