Most of the LED guys hate those lights. They say they are top 1 or 2 pieces of shit. Ive never used one so don't take my word for it. You could search engine it and see what they say.First time growing with LED's, anyone have any recommendations on a light they've had great success with? Currently looking at the Mars 600W LED Grow Light Full Spectrum, has anyone tried this one out? Thanks
Trouble with the LED guys is that if it wasn't developed last week and it isn't a DIY and if they didn't build it then its crap. Most of the LED guys hate those lights. I think that they say the LED light contains full spectrum is totaly shit. As a cultivator you should know that only the blue and red spectrum do work on your plants. And the add some littel other spectrum and then said they have a full spectrum led light and it is pretty good for your girls.First time growing with LED's, anyone have any recommendations on a light they've had great success with? They are built tough! This is what I feel about Mars lights lol I had 6 of them a mix of (2)300, (1)900, (1)1200 and (2)1600w
^this, very good option OP if you seriously want to get into the led game, no cheap lite brites on amazon will do that..........or stick with a small 250w + HID setupFor 200-220$ you can get:
- 12x Samsung F-Series strips, single row, 864pcs of LM561c S6/A1 bin, ~175lm/w @700mA, ~145$(arrow, digikey)
- 1x HLG-185H-C700B, 50$(200w)
- alusheet, 3mm thick, 2'x3', 5$(scrapyard)
Or choose 12x Bridgelux EB series for 84$ to save ~60$ on LED's and choose a bigger driver like the HLG-320H-C1050B to get ~300w with ~160lm/w.
They are as efficient as COB's and you can spread the light evenly over your canopy.
Please explain. Thanks.I think that they say the LED light contains full spectrum is totaly shit. As a cultivator you should know that only the blue and red spectrum do work on your plants.
What is the size of the area you want to light up?First time growing with LED's, anyone have any recommendations on a light they've had great success with? Currently looking at the Mars 600W LED Grow Light Full Spectrum, has anyone tried this one out? Thanks
Don't paint all "LEDs guys" with the same brush! And a Mars really is a POS. Personal experience.Trouble with the LED guys is that if it wasn't developed last week and it isn't a DIY and if they didn't build it then its crap.
Its amazing some of those guys actually get time to grow anything with all the time and money they sink into lights. They are constantly upgrading shit.
.Just speaking as a confused non tech person.
You really need to shelve that ancient video. It's embarrassing. You got your ass kicked by a mars panel and keep posting it like it's something to be proud of.This is 200w . . .
